We have just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. It was a budget break and I was unprepared for how lovely this hotel is. The location is good, the beach is a few steps away and there is a strip of shops and restaurants when you step out of the main reception. There is a lovely national park within easy walking distance where there are lovely walks and you can spot birds in their natural habitat. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, there is a lovely big pool area with plenty of sunbeds. The food in the restaurant is excellent, plenty of choice and delicious local dishes. The staff are all helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend that you choose this hotel.

“Awesome place!”

What a great spot right on the beach with very friendly staff! Nice view from the balcony over the pool-area and the ocean. Lovely!

Just got back from a lovely week here. The hotel is set in a beautiful location. We stayed in a studio room 423 and were happily surprised to find we had a view of the sea. If you are self catering you need to request a kettle a reception and they do not do a toaster. The only down side to the room… more

Just got back from a lovely week here. The hotel is set in a beautiful location. We stayed in a studio room 423 and were happily surprised to find we had a view of the sea. If you are self catering you need to request a kettle a reception and they do not do a toaster. The only down side to the room is that the kitchen sink is quite small.If you would like a key to the safe in your room, this is free, as long as you don't lose the key. Then it's €20. The cleaning team clean your room everyday if you like. The rooms are left spotless. You have a notice on your door that you can hang out to tell the cleaners whether you want your room cleaned or not that day. They also have free towels at reception that you can use around the pool and at the beach. The bus stop is just outside. 324 takes you to Alcudia on the bus stop nearest the hotel and on the bus stop opposite the hotel 324 takes you to Can Picafort. I recommend visiting both these places. Alcudia is quite busy,has a lot of restaurants,a lovely beach and beautiful port whereas Can Picafort is on the quieter side but still has alot of restaurants and a beautiful beach. Alternatively you could walk to both of these via the beach. North for Alcudia, South for Can Picafort. The bus is €3 and they only do single tickets. There are a wide variety of restaurants to choose nearby. If you are looking for cheaper options I recommend The Swan, Isabelas and Willy's. You have quite a few supermarkets on your doorstep which is handy for self catering or if you just want a few bits.

Came in mid May with our 12 month old, half board with apartment rooms. We messaged them directly before arriving and asked for a cotbed - received a very comfy mesh travel cot. Apartments were super clean and spacious though has room for improvement. The kitchenette lacked some basics - had no kettle, washing sponges or bowls. The aircon didn’t work. One afternoon we had no running water and the second night no hot water and needed maintenance to come out. The shower would suddenly burst very hot when it was working. Wi-Fi didn’t work in our apartment. Hired pool towels, didn’t need to pay upfront but would be charged €10 per towel if they weren’t returned. The kids section was situated all around the toddler pool so needed to keep an eye as it’s not babyproofed. Sadly the pirate ship was closed during our stay and there were signs saying keep off the grass.. There isn’t a wooden play area as Tui advertised in photos and kids club didn’t seek to be much, mostly colouring in. We had a lovely spacious balcony with view of the sea and the 9pm entertainment stage below. The 830 mini disco & entertainment was outside for our first three nights then mostly indoors. As we stayed in with the baby I don’t know if every night had entertainment, some were children’s face painting but there was also bingo, circus acrobats and a bloke with parrots doing tricks. 7pm was too late for our 12 month old to stay up for dinner and when we arrived they offered to swap our dinner for lunch before we’d even said anything. They said they just needed notice in the morning - I thought that was a nice offering. My partner and I took it in turns though to go to dinner on our own. I think it’s a shame that a family friendly hotel starts dinner at 7. I’m not sure if food variety was less because we weren’t in the peak season yet. There was always something to eat but specifically Vegetarian hot meal options weren’t the best. Fried pepper rings or rice with chickpeas. One night it looked like a bag of frozen veg that was sautéed. The salads looked beautiful but weren’t labelled and sometimes had small bits of meat or fish in them. Bread beautiful though and lovely deserts. The staff working the restaurant were fabulous, always made time to say hello to my baby and make him laugh - and remember him the next day. I would not come again on full board or all inclusive. There’s heaps of lovely restaurants surrounding the hotel where you’d get better value and choice for money. Based on points above I’d say there’s certainly room for improvement and scrapes a 4 star. We had a great family holiday though and liked having an apartment so baby would sleep better.
