We had a great time at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised , the reviews nearly put us off booking and glad it didn’t. We found the staff friendly and helpful and great with our kids. The tui reps in particular were great especially in the baby club and kids club. The room was great , we had a two bedroom which was plenty of space , clean and modern. Only slight niggle was the music from the stage is loud until around 10.30pm however it didn’t wake our kids. We loved the pools and the facilities too. There was lots for kids to do. We did all inclusive which was fine and to be expected really for buffet offerings. We have had more choice at other TUI hotels but we did pay more than at this hotel. Only slight issue was there wasn’t much food choice for our one year old and at other TUI hotels we have had plenty of choice. The beach at the time we went had lots of seaweed due to some winds, we therefore had to get a bus 20mins up the coast to get a better beach which was great. Just a shame we couldn’t make use of the one right by the hotel. Overall for the money we had a brilliant time, felt really comfortable at the hotel and would recommend as a great all rounder.

We have just got back from a week all-inclusive with 4 adults and our 4-year-old son. We had two pool-view rooms, and although we paid extra for the view, it was definitely worth it. Before we travelled, I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but here’s our experience. When we arrived, only one of our rooms was ready, so all four adults and our luggage had to stay in one room for around four hours while we waited for the second room. Once we got into our room, it was clean and had a beautiful view overlooking the pool. The food was probably the biggest disappointment, as it was very repetitive each night. Our little boy pretty much lived on pizza for the week. However, if you’ve booked through TUI, you get a free meal at Taverna, the restaurant at the back of the hotel, and the food there was absolutely delicious. It was nice for our son to have something different too. We also ate at The Garden BBQ. The information in our room said we should receive a discount, but when we mentioned it, the staff had no idea what we were talking about. We informed the hotel afterwards just so they were aware. Unfortunately, the service at the restaurant wasn’t great either – the staff were quite rude, we waited a long time to be served, and everything took ages. Putting those issues aside, we had a fantastic holiday. The pools were lovely, with plenty of activities to keep the children entertained. The beach at the hotel was beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time there. There are also shops within walking distance and a nearby place where children can go horse riding. We also booked several excursions through TUI, and the staff were all lovely, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, despite a few negatives, we had an amazing family holiday and would happily return, especially for the beautiful pools, beach, and family-friendly atmosphere.

We stayed for 4 nights and, honestly, that was more than enough. I couldn’t imagine spending a full week here. The biggest positive was the food. It was consistently hot, well-prepared, and of a good standard. However, the selection became repetitive very quickly, with many of the same dishes appearing day after day. Be aware that not all restaurants are included in the all-inclusive package, which was disappointing given that we paid for the highest package available at this TUI Blue hotel. Housekeeping was poor. Despite using the “Please Clean My Room” sign, our room wasn’t serviced once during our stay. The room itself was nicely decorated, but the bath was genuinely dirty and not what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. We still had a pleasant break overall, but this definitely isn’t the place for a relaxing couples’ getaway. The hotel is heavily geared towards families, with lots of children and crowded communal areas. The entertainment was also identical every night, which became repetitive very quickly. Overall, decent food saved the experience, but there were too many shortcomings for us to consider returning.
