From our first impression walking in through the doors into a wide, light and beautifully scented reception area our expectations were met, and then some. I nearly cried when I saw the view from our 5th floor sea-view room with balcony. I’ve never been so close to the sea while in my room. The public areas are spotlessly clean, the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Great check-in. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. An egg station offered omelettes or poached/fried eggs prepared for you. Lots of cold meats/cheese/salad/bread etc. We opted for bed and breakfast as we like to sample local restaurants in the evening. The hotel is situated perfectly at the end of the strip but away from any noise. There is a lovely promenade overlooking the bay with a good choice of restaurants although most serve the same menu and are a little pricey. They’re great for relaxing and people watching. The hotel is also well positioned for city boat rides in to Ibiza town or the ferry to Formentera. We chose to walk into the town which is about 30 minutes at a steady pace to the old town with the cathedral and beautiful old squares. We spent many hours lazing on the Excellence Terrace which is adults only throughout the day. There are a selection of comfy sun beds and Bali beds here. It’s a short walk to the bar and has a jacuzzi overlooking the pool or the bay into town. Just beautiful. My only negative of the whole stay is the constant music - everywhere. There is no where you can go to get away from it. For the most part it is chilled Ibiza sounds which can blend into the background but it can get quite loud. Given the hotels location right by the sea I’d love to have a quiet area when we can just listen to the waves. I guess this is Ibiza and music goes with the territory however, I prefer a quieter approach to my holidays. Maybe an hour of music and an hour of quiet, or the odd day of no music per week?? 🤷‍♀️

Wonderful location with a beautiful hotel that meets all expectations. The rooms are modern and very clean, the restaurant is lovely with its stunning view of the sea. The amazing pool area is divided into several sections, and DJ performances and cosy music are always on the agenda. It's a lovely hotel, both for young people and older couples who want to discover the beauty of Ibiza. A big shoutout to the Hotel director, Rafa, and his amazing team at the reception and restaurant. Warmth, care and helpfulness are highly valued here!

“Lovely hotel - but not entirely kid friendly”

The hotel is beautiful, were came here for a wedding 30 ad and 19ch. A stunning place to get married and the food, the restaurant staff are awesome. The spa, is open to families 3pm to 5pm everyday. Were here as a large group and all week weve used the indoor and outdoor pool with out much problem… more

The hotel is beautiful, were came here for a wedding 30 ad and 19ch. A stunning place to get married and the food, the restaurant staff are awesome. The spa, is open to families 3pm to 5pm everyday. Were here as a large group and all week weve used the indoor and outdoor pool with out much problem. The spa staff make it obvious this isnt their favorite part of the day.(as for the most part the spa is adults only) On our last day they decided to change the rules and not let us all in. 2 families were refused entry claiming the capacity was full. For 6 days this wasn't problem. Its created an atmosphere that has tainted our last day and made us feel unwanted. The reception claimed the spa has their own mangement and wouldn't help us deal with this probem.

We have just returned from a week at the Torre del Mar and on the whole, enjoyed the experience. The staff were all very friendly, especially those serving in the restaurant and bar, and the quality of the food was excellent, with the buffet offering at breakfast and dinner much better than many we've experienced at other hotels. The location is ideal for a walk to the promenade through Figueretes and further on to Ibiza Old Town, or there is a boarding point very close to the hotel for the water taxis to the town's marina (cost is €9.50). Despite all this good stuff, our experience was marred by the inability to escape the constant loud music booming out across the whole hotel site throughout the day and evening. There are multiple speakers everywhere, especially around the swimming pool, so there was no place to relax properly in peace and quiet. We stayed in a 4th floor sea view room which was really comfortable but even sitting on the balcony we couldn't escape the music as it was so loud. We do enjoy music but this was too much, to the extent that as nice as the hotel itself is, we wouldn't stay here again as it doesn't provide the relaxing holiday we were looking for.
