I come here annually with friends. We book bossa flow 6 months in advance because we love this place. Lynda at reception is amazing and always goes out of her way to make it a great experience. Lynda was lovely and extremely helpful when we arrived early to the hotel. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and had everything we needed while at the hotel and in Ibiza
