What an amazing experience the staff are all so lovely and can’t do enough for you. Thank you to all the staff at the sunbeds on the beach who looked after us every day. We enjoyed all the shows but a massive shout out to David Guetta who put on an incredible show. A massive thank you to the member of staff who took us back to the airport after our EasyJet Transfer didn’t turn up to pick us up early morning. Can’t wait to return in 2027 had the most amazing time.

We tried the Ushuaia beach hotel this year and wanted to see if it lived up to hype. When we arrived the staff was informative, and let us pick an available room from the swimup rooms we booked. We tried the Ushuaia beach hotel this year and wanted to see if it lived up to hype. When we arrived the staff was informative, and let us pick an available room from the swimup rooms we booked. The didnt inform us about the maxibar though, only the minibar. We also had to pay an extra deposit of 100 euro s per night, in our case 600 euro s. And no mention of the free bottle of champagne.. We asked for seperate beds but when we entered the room we had to rearrange it ourselves. Without moving the sofa there is no way to get 2 seperate beds inside the room so it was quite a hassle to make it happen. Moving the sofa blocked the exit to the swimup area so when we wanted to go outside we had to move it. It seems the room is only meant for couples. There was also no mention about the maxibar, and the room was loaded with 'gifts', all which have to be paid for afterwards. More on that later. The quality of the room is pretty decent, the shower is great, and the beds are high quality as well, with good pillows. The swimup area is decent as well with beds and 2 chairs and a small table. The airco could have been better. Trying to get some sleep was quite a challenge for us, because the whole hotel is like one big factory with people working from night till morning, building the stage every night, and entering and exiting the hallways, which was very annoying in our experience. The double doors make alot of noise and every day around 5-6 am they start working. The breakfast is average at best, serving standard supermarket drinks and deserts, some fresh juices and fruits. Wraps, omelets and sanwiches are made on order, but nothing special. The poached eggs were preformed and they tasted like soap. The coffee was below standards and are not even restaurant quality. When it comes down to the famous Ushuaia parties its was decent enough, but Calvin Harris performing 2 times a week, with the same show, and even wearing the same shirt, playing the same old songs over and over was not that special. When u have access to all the parties its just more of the same every day. Not really worth it in our experience. The beacharea was quite nice, beds and parasols included and the personel was very friendly. The reason we booked this hotel was also to be able to access our room during the parties and have our own drinks, because paying 15 euro s for a glass of water and 20 for a longdrink is quite taxing on y(our) wallet. The same goes for ordering food and drinks on the beach. But this goes for every club and beachhotel in Ibiza, the Ibiza tax is everywhere. Our main problem with this hotel was the departure. We were taxed an extra 400 euro s for the maxibar, even though we didnt take anything from it. They will check all the packages and bottles and even unopened, they will check for usage markings/scratches, and let you pay for it. Since you have to pay a deposit upfront there is no way to get your money back, and the customer service just sent you an email without any details, just a maxibar note, even with a 10% tax on it!. During our stay stuff was missing from our room and the minibar as well, 50 euro stolen from our luggage, and some souvenirs and drinks missing. You can report it but nothing will happen. Best is to lock everything in the safe, or in your suitcase. We will never stay here again, Ushuaia is a bit overrated in our view.
