“Great Stay”
We had a wonderful stay, even though it was a single night before moving further inland. It's proximity to the airport is handy, though parking is off property.

“Fantastic hotel”
Traveled to Palma for business in August 2025 and again in April 2026, and I truly can’t recommend Occidental enough. “Early summer and cycling.”
The staff is good - waiters, cleaners, chefs and bartenders. But there were too few of them now. Spain is known for good customer service in its resorts.
