My parents booked a short family getaway at Aparthotel Marina Drach for themselves, my eight-year-old daughter and me. The main purpose of the trip was simply to complete our EES registration before the summer, so we weren't looking for anything particularly special. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by our stay. Having travelled extensively, I can honestly say that this is one of the most welcoming hotels I have experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, attentive and genuinely interested in making our stay comfortable. In particular, Jennifer deserves special mention. Within a short time of our arrival, she had learned my daughter's name and made a real effort to engage with her throughout our stay, encouraging her to practise the little Spanish she knew. She was equally patient and encouraging with my parents and with my own attempts at speaking Spanish, helping to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. What stood out most was the level of care shown by the staff. On one occasion, after I had spent the afternoon resting with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, reception called later in the evening simply to check whether I needed anything. Another day, after returning from a sailing trip cold and soaked through, reception contacted us to ask whether we would like extra blankets. These thoughtful touches made a lasting impression. The hotel itself is fairly simple rather than luxurious, but it is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the location is excellent. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the tortilla de patatas was particularly good. The pool is small and a bit chilly, but it’s quiet and has a partition between shallow baby pool and deeper pool. Overall, Aparthotel Marina Drach exceeded our expectations. While it may not be the most elaborate hotel, the exceptional hospitality and genuine care shown by the staff made it a memorable stay, and I would happily recommend it.

“First time visitors, wonderful experience”

We really enjoyed our time at Marina Drach. Dora at the desk was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay (Forza Napoli). Highly recommend this hotel as the location is great, 5 minute walk from the beach and restaurants.

I recently got married on the 25th September In porto cristo and stayed at this hotel for 2nignts over My wedding as it was in the area. I can not believe how amazing thw service was before and during my stay. The lovely lady who worked on reception was amazing made me feel at ease on check in, on my own the 1st night, welcomed the bridal party the next day..she works so hard and has such a amazing caring helpful professional approach and a real credit to the hotel. The staff put on a bridal spread for the bridal party with balloons and cava amazing! We had a roof top room with views of the city and mountains. The staff where just so spot on and so helpful. Another member of staff actually gave us a lift to the venue due to taxis not reliable. A lovely hotel and staff who are a credit to this hotel. Room spotless grounds spotless well done everyone. And thank you for making my stay pleasant and amazing. I can't thank you enough 🤍
