This was such an incredible holiday! The room was well cleaned with plenty of storage space and a shower. Sound proofing was good so not too noisy even with families. I have trouble sleeping in hotels usually but I slept amazingly on one of the sofa beds. There are 2 beaches you can walk to and 1 you can take a bus to in my experience. The walkable ones have, sadly, had plastic on some of the times we visited but the one a bus trip away was stunning both visits and by a lovely ice cream shop. I'd reccomend giving it a visit and looking around Porto Cristo. The hotel itself does such good food that I ate 2-3 plates each meal. I definitely reccomend the all inclusive. So many vegan and coeliac options too. Lots of pools, always clean and were a good temperature whilst we were there. Some pools are deeper or shallower so good for families needing a variety. The splash park was also nice. The people working there were what made the hotel so incredible, I'm ever so grateful for them. My sibling attended kids club and deeply enjoyed it, I can also say that the people running the insi club were so sweet. One of our highlights was the hotel entertainment in block b at 9.30. The entertainers are incredibly talented and all around fabulous people. The worst part of our trip was just rude guests and you get those anywhere. Overall, wonderful holiday, would reccomend. (context: travelled with our mother, myself age 16, a 13 year old and a 10 year old).

This is an "all-inclusive" hotel with limitations. Some of the restaurants at the hotel cost extra and wine, beer and drinks are limited to certain types. The food is varied but there is some room for improvment especially lunch and dinner. It is very popularly with families with children of all ages. The staff is friendly (especially Matias in the reception) and the hotel is clean and tidy. There is a SPA with great professional and experienced massage run by Claudia. The gym leaves a bit to be desired. Some machines were broken and the AC was not working properly. There are shows every evening with different themes. In summary the hotel is four star in genral but some areas could be imporved and struggle a bit to live up to the rating.

Honest review Family with 17yr old, 14yr old and 4yr old On arrival the hotel is very over whelming. No direction from reception just a map. We were allocated in area C in garden room. Room ok, dated but clean. The blocks are not within 1 complex you have to cross roads to access different areas. Area A being the main block and very busy. Did not realise until 2 days in you can eat breakfast in all areas. Area A food area always busy and have to wait especially in evenings to be seated. Food - main restaurant - not loads of choice but all very tasty and clean. I wouldn’t bother with fifties if you have to pay - 90€ and we enjoyed buffet more. Drinks - brink your own cups, those tiny plastic cups awful. I have festival beer cups and the beer is great! Great choice of drinks. We stationed at area A main pool as all entertainment there. Always get sunbeds. The entertainment team work so hard, only downside is they have entertainment in nice bar area at 9pm and entertainment in area b at 9.30pm which is usually the Insotel team but the there is not enough seating in area b and it’s plastic chairs which people organise themselves and you have to get there by 8.30 for a god seat. Kids and adults splashing in pool is off putting. Pools don’t shut and there is no lifeguard from 7pm. It’s an accident waiting to happen. The beach is beautiful - take snorkels. We visited Cala Millor beach - beautiful and lovely little restaurants. We did a bike ride to porta cristo highly recommend doing this, gorgeous ride and beautiful views. Water slides out 4 yr old loved them. Our biggest complaint would be - No Security ! Anyone could walk into any of the areas, use facilities and eat. My band came off first day and I never had one on therefore it proves no one is checking. As there are people driving and walking around outside hotel it’s a real worry. The hotel does cater for more younger children but older ones had a good time. Water polo a big hit. If you want short flight I think this hotel is perfect however if not turkey is a winner in every aspect and you can get for same price. We came here for short flight this time but I think you pay premium for that.

We stayed for a week after a week's Marella Cruise and we found the whole week very relaxing. We stayed in Block A which was near to the Adult Only Pool and this was definitely worth the extra money. We never had an issue getting a sunbed / cabana, we had fresh towels every day (no deposit required), the pool was a calm oasis and the food truck was perfect for getting drinks (my only niggle would be why serve crisps with a sandwich at lunch but when you asked for crisps on their own, we were told that wasn't possible ... ) Our room was perfect for us with a teenage daughter as she had her own living space and we had our own room with a sliding door. We never had an issue with the air con or uncomfortable bed. The maid service was wonderful with our room cleaned daily, water topped up and fresh towels. For those that moan about the service, a tip goes a long way to making the cleaners feel appreciated. The downside for us - and the reason we wouldn't return - was the quality of the food. Why you're made to queue in scorching sun for a table is a bit of a nonsense - it would be better if more people were clearing the tables. The adult only area in the buffet restaurant is in full sun so no good for lunch or dinner. Sometimes meals were better than others but breakfast was a let down with no fresh omelettes, choice of eggs or decent juice and the paella at lunch / dinner was not like any paella we'd ever had in Spain. We did eat in the 50's diner which was fun (Euro 60 supplement for 3) and went to the Italian in block C which definitely wasn't worth it. We ate out 2 nights and the restaurants near to the hotel are excellent - although when you've booked AI you don't expect to have to go out to have a decent dinner. The food aside, the hotel is in a great location - easy bus to Porto Cristo, supermarkets outside the hotel for essentials and a pleasant path down to the beach where there's a lovely cafe for drinks and food. The sports bar was good fun - particularly when watching the World Cup - but with only one pool table it was often a struggle to get a game. My daughter and I had a massage in the Spa which I would definitely recommend. As we had gold wrist bands allowing us to use the adult pool and pool shack, we also got upgraded drinks - again worth it. Overall we had a lovely relaxing week - it's just a shame the food lets the hotel down as it would have definitely been somewhere we'd return to.
