Really enjoyed our stay here it was a short trip and would say staff were friendly and hotel was decent enough for what we needed. Really enjoyed our stay here it was a short trip and would say staff were friendly and hotel was decent enough for what we needed. We also got upgraded to a bigger room which we were grateful for and would definitely stay here again. The location was great some lovely views from the beaches nearby. The only negative was on last night when a family with young children moved in above us and were very noisy which meant no sleep. It’s not an uncommon problem for hotels but maybe families with children could be placed on ground floor to avoid guests not being able to sleep underneath.

We stayed here in April 2026 and booked two self catering suites for a family break. Overall, we were really pleased with it and would definitely stay again. The rooms worked well for us. We were pleasantly surprised to have two double beds in the bedroom, which were comfy enough, although the pillows were not great. In the living area, the corner sofa turned into two single beds. They were a bit creaky, but the kids slept fine. The place was very clean, which stood out straight away. The rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were polite and thorough. The kitchen had everything we needed, with a fridge, two hobs, a microwave and a kettle, so self catering was easy. There is also an Eroski supermarket about five minutes away, which was handy. The nearby restaurants were decent enough, and there is a taxi rank close by as well if you want more choice in nearby towns. The gym is small, with a weight bench, a couple of treadmills and a bike, but it does the job. The pool area was also good, especially for April, as there were always plenty of sun loungers available. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A couple of small negatives. The shower and bath were only ever lukewarm, so do not expect really hot water, and the bar was expensive for what it was. After the first night, we found it much better value to eat and drink out instead. Overall, it is a clean, friendly, well located hotel and a good base for a family break.

We came here in the Easter Holidays as a family of 6. We had two apartments which were situated next to one another- perfect for us! Good points: The rooms were fully equipped for self catering, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable enough, not the best but had worse. Cleaners came daily to make beds, fresh towels and a general tidy. The pool area was clean and manned with a lifeguard and a very pleasant atmosphere. Always plenty of sun loungers, but be warned it’s 20euros for the luxury sun loungers with canopy's (not signposted at all- but worth the money!) We ate pizzas at the pool bar (our only try of the food in the complex) which were reasonably priced and delicious. It is a 5 minute walk to local supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A 7euro taxi will get you into the town of cala d’or. Location perfect for what we wanted, but if you want lively then maybe this isn’t for you. Bad points: Showers rarely had any hot water. Price of alcohol in not just the hotel but the area can be a lot more expensive than going into cala d’or itself. Gym quite small and can only fit around 4 people in at any one time, however it’s functional. For the price we paid it’s worth the money and we would come back again.

Enjoyed our holiday with my daughter & granddaughter lovely friendly atmosphere, Easy check in no problems at all really enjoyed our stay definitely be back . Staff are very friendly , especially Georgia on reception was very informative & friendly very professional , nothing was to much trouble .

Me and my boyfriend decided to book a 4 day, 3 night all inclusive stay at this hotel. It had many positives but some negatives. To begin with, our room which was the most expensive, (apartment) the air conditioning did not work as it is their “winter season” so they don’t turn it on. Besides this, our heating in the bedroom didn’t work whatsoever, yet worked in the living room area. The bed was two doubles put together, which always moved and isn’t great for people who sleep together. There was some bugs in our room, and the cleanliness was okay but they only replace towels/clean your room every other day, but you can request towels on days they don’t clean. The restaurant was okay/your average buffet. Lunch was the same everyday, breakfast was too and it was a little different at dinner. Some food was cold and there was bugs near food at points. If you don’t like the buffet, there is a pizza restaurant which is 8 euros per pizza (I think). There is also some food places outside the hotel. The pool area was good enough, though was freezing! Bar area was okay, your average watered down alcoholic beverages, there is another bar where you can buy better drinks. Noise level was okay, but we werent near the entertainment part so I’m not sure how that is. The atmosphere/surrounding area was okay, with a train for 5 euros touring you around the marina and nearby, and outside to the left of our hotel was small shops. One massive positive was how kind most of the staff was, their English was very good and they were very easy to get along with. The man who helps you with booking external trips (forgot his name 🥲) was the best as we got along very well and he even drove us to a beach 20 minutes away for free, thank you 🙏. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people who want a cheap getaway, only staying a few days and couples, I wouldn’t say it’s majorly on the family side.
