“Lovely first family holiday”

Location was lovely, not too far from the beach about 5 minute walk. The hotel was clean, bright and staff were friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Location was lovely, not too far from the beach about 5 minute walk. The hotel was clean, bright and staff were friendly. Room was clean and spacious. We did all inclusive and seemed good value for money. Was lots of choice for everyone. Noise level at night could be heard, cars, people etc. noise in the hotel was a little loud when people coming back to their rooms but other than that can’t complain about the location or hotel.

Very chilled hotel! Good location, only around a 5-minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately, all family rooms seem to be at the front of the hotel, which can be very noisy until around midnight due to the bars opposite. The beds are singles pushed together with metal frames, so they can be quite creaky. The rooms and bathrooms are a little dated, and the dining area also feels a bit tired and lacks atmosphere. The food was ok, but not particularly varied or plentiful. On the positive side, the pool area is lovely and relaxed, and the pool bar has a nice chilled atmosphere. The standout part of the hotel is definitely Michael from the entertainment team. He is amazing with both adults and kids, gets everyone involved in activities like water aerobics, and really brings the entertainment to life. Michael is a real asset to the hotel and made the holiday really enjoyable. Cocktails are amazing and great price

A nice hotel close to Sa Coma beach. The hotel was clean , staff was in general friendly . We had the room with street view and the karaoke bar from across the street is very loud during the evening , the walls are quite thin so these 2 combined is resulting a lot of noise in the night and this can be annoying if you are a light sleeper. The first day we arrived in the morning as we had a really early flight from Germany but we received our rooms cards around 14:00 (as written in their terms and conditions ) but I felt that the receptionist didn’t had any empathy for a family with a toddler that obviously was really tired. I went at least 3 times to ask if the room is ready . We had half board and we had the unpleasant surprise during dinner to be told that I need to be charged for a glass of tap water that anyway is tasting like chlorine. Is a disgrace in 2026 to be charged for tap water and I’ve been working in HORECA for 10 years and visited a lot of countries.Is a pity such a small detail to make such a difference and to just ruin the whole experience. The buffet is small but there is something to eat for everybody’s taste I suppose.The food is repetitive but is normal for this kind of hotel, therefore I can’t say anything negative. The room was clean and we had a mini fridge and a baby cot , the beds are comfortable , there is a tv with various programs from different countries .A big plus is the bide in the bathroom. Overall , a good hotel for the price paid but of course there is room for improvement and if possible a bit of flexibility over certain matters would add more value.
