This was my first experience of a 'family' hotel for 25 years! Me, my daughter, daughter-in-law and 2 young grandchildren had 10 days here after a difficult 18 months, to recharge batteries. It is a lovely hotel, very well set out with good facilities. The shops and beach are an easy couple of minutes walk away. There are free activities nearby, open to guests staying in Protur hotels - small water park, large crazy golf park and putting green. There are 3 pools open to families (there is an adult only area). A busy pool with bar, music and games and a smaller, quieter pool along with a splash pool for the younger children. My 7 y.o. granddaughter accessed the kids club a couple of times which she loved and the staff there were very child oriented. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. There is also a small cinema and an outdoor theatre/stage area with entertainment on an evening for the children. The food throughout was excellent. The large buffet restaurant which served breakfast, lunch and evening meals was busy but had plenty of tables and high chairs with helpful staff. There was a very good choice of dishes for most palates and in 10 days we never had a bad meal. Every dish was cooked perfectly, very tasty and hot, with different themes each evening. Again, staff were very helpful and were happy to meet requests where they could. The rooms and communal areas were very clean and pleasant to relax in. The rooms (we had junior suites) were clean, spacious and comfortable. My only negative comment is concerning the cleanliness around the pool area. Quite a few guests just walked away from their pool beds at the end of the day leaving plates of food, paper cups towels and inflatables littered around. This wasn't cleaned up until the following morning, nor were the pool beds sorted and tidied after the pool closed. This would have made the whole area more pleasant and give a far better impression of that area. I was the first of our party down on a morning being an early riser and it really wasn't nice stepping over other people's detritus to go to a pool bed. The floor area should really be mopped every morning before the pool opens as there are obviously a lot of spillages with children and cold drinks! It was hosed down on a morning around the perimeter of the pool. The tiled flooring around the pools is quite slippy when wet so I would advise using swim shoes for adults and children to save accidents. This was the ONLY thing to let the hotel down and wasn't a 'biggy'. It certainly wouldn't stop me going again! Overall, a lovely family oriented hotel with excellent food and facilities, lovely rooms and friendly, welcoming staff, well situated with plenty to do. “Fantastic Family Friendly hotel”

We have had a wonderful holiday at the TUI Blue Sensatori Biomar this is our second time only this time bringing our daughter with us who has recently turned one! We were worried about how she would be etc being in the sun and just in general as I’m sure most families have the same worry especially with little ones so small but I was easily assured with all the wonderful areas to explore as a family. My little one loved the pool and keen to take us walking. The main buffet restaurant was brilliant and each night was themed and the staff are super helpful and welcoming. They even tried to help settle little ones if seen to be getting slightly overwhelmed which again is reassuring sign that they understand the struggles some parents may face. We have had the most wonderful time and can’t wait to come back and hopefully bring the grandparents along too! Thank you again Tui Blue for a wonderful holiday as a family! Xx

“Fabulous short break”

Wow what a lovely hotel. We stayed in the adult only section on the 4th floor with access to a roof terrace with pool. This was available to share with just 4 rooms with a lovely heated pool. Wow what a lovely hotel. We stayed in the adult only section on the 4th floor with access to a roof terrace with pool. This was available to share with just 4 rooms with a lovely heated pool. Nobody else used it so became our private chill out area. Pool was heated so lovely. All inclusive excellent fab drinks with branded alcohol. Buffet restaurant was excellent great choice at breakfast and lunch and dinner. There was usually a theme in the evening which was very enjoyable. We did try the Indian à la carte restaurant and food was lovely. We chose an adult only evening which they do on certain nights of the week. Entertainment daily and nightly just check the tui blue app and it will show the full schedule. Some evening entertainment was very good. The main adult pool area was lovely beds spaced so not all cramped together. Plenty of umbrellas too. I highly recommend this hotel will return. My only couple of negatives are that the sun loungers need mattresses or padded beds and I do not like the fact that people can smoke/vape around the pool. It didn’t ruin my holiday as we just didn’t sit by smokers. Great staff here too
