We were a party of 4 on a hen do. We upgraded to the Grand suite which was absolutely stunning and perfectly clean. Couple of days we couldn’t get beds round the pool at either hotel. We were a party of 4 on a hen do. We upgraded to the Grand suite which was absolutely stunning and perfectly clean. Couple of days we couldn’t get beds round the pool at either hotel. Frustrating for the price we paid. I’d suggest letting the upgraded suites come with a bed reservation. In addition , you can’t even eat a pack of crisps or a chocolate bar around the pool. Very very bizarre. Never known that in any hotel. Neither of these are complaints really, other than the bed one. Two hotels, no beds. They do day passes, maybe that was the issue. Would we return…. Hhhhhmmmmm…..Absolutely. Fantastic location too.

“Great hotel in amazing Ibiza!”

This hotel is so cool, the decor is stunning. Rooms are on the small side (with the bar taking up a bit of space) but the aircon is great and who doesn't love a room with a disco ball! This hotel is so cool, the decor is stunning. Rooms are on the small side (with the bar taking up a bit of space) but the aircon is great and who doesn't love a room with a disco ball! Reception were very helpful and spoke perfect English. A cold glass of cava on arrival was very welcome. We didn't have breakfast included and it was 20 euros a person - it was perfectly fine but there are great cafes within a short walk. The pool was never busy, the pool area is stunning from a design perspective and I loved the shallow 'beach' area of the pool for cooling off. The Caduzzi is a bit of a gimic for a photo op as the water is not very warm and is very shallow. Its very cool though. The best thing about the hotel was the pool bar staff they could not have been more helpful and friendly. The pool bar drinks were not overpriced and the food was delicious. We didn't bother but you can go and visit the other hotels in the group. Paradiso and Romeos are very close by. I peaked in Paradiso, it has a great design concept too but I preferred the Grand Paradiso pool area. Would happily stay here again, in a great bit of the bay, water taxi round the corner and Kumharas next door for sunset drinks.

“Cool hotel bar the bar!”

A lovely, well situated hotel with fantastic decor. The hotel is eye catching and the pool is fab and very on trend. Food and drink is good and the staff very helpful. The room was ‘tight’, little room for storage we kept our suitcases in the bathroom, but we did have a bar & mirrorball in the bed… more

A lovely, well situated hotel with fantastic decor. The hotel is eye catching and the pool is fab and very on trend. Food and drink is good and the staff very helpful. The room was ‘tight’, little room for storage we kept our suitcases in the bathroom, but we did have a bar & mirrorball in the bedroom, which looked good. Although the bar just took up room & was fairly pointless. A taxi to the San Antonio nightlife was a 15 minute cab journey at around €13.

“Very poor security of rooms!”

Hen party of 19. Ok place to stay. Pool and pool area nice as were the rooms. Strange way of checking all 19 in before they would give a room key to anyone. Hen party of 19. Ok place to stay. Pool and pool area nice as were the rooms. Strange way of checking all 19 in before they would give a room key to anyone. Bossy barman, who told me off because he thought one of our party were drinking their own drink by the pool. Was told under no circumstances were supermarket carrier bags allowed around the pool. On our second night a couple of the ladies got back to their room to find an unknown drunken girl in their room – apparently the security man had given her access after she said she’d forgotten/lost her key. What an absolute lack of security. He’d never even asked her details before letting her into the room! The next night I got back to my room only to find the door actually open. We’d left at 10am to go on a boat trip and it was 9:45pm when I got back – I think the cleaners had left it ajar after they cleaned at around 10am as I saw them outside our room just before we left. Luckily no-one had gained access but it was a little scary going in checking around that no-one had. When I mentioned it to reception the next morning he said I would have to see the manager! The other room of ladies were offered a free breakfast for their episode. Would I stay there again – very likely not.
