⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Miguel gave us the warmest check-in and made us feel at home right away. The hotel itself is beautiful and offers different atmospheres depending on what you’re looking for. The main pool has a fantastic vibe with live performances, such as a saxophone player and a great DJ, creating the perfect holiday atmosphere. Abu always serves outstanding cocktails with a smile and makes every visit to the bar a pleasure. If you’re looking for something a little quieter, the pool next to the ÍO food truck is the perfect place to relax. Mark and Joy are just as friendly and serve excellent drinks and in our opinion, the bar team here makes the best Espresso Martini🥹🍸 For lunch, ÍO serves delicious snacks like the chicken tacos and amazing burgers. We also loved Helios with its Mediterranean cuisine, while Capricho offers an incredible variety for every foodie. The quality and selection of food throughout the resort have been outstanding. The Gravity Bar is another absolute highlight. Not only does it offer breathtaking sunset views, but the entire bar team creates an amazing atmosphere with their infectious energy and outstanding cocktails. Every drink was prepared with great attention to detail, and the team’s positive mood made every visit even more enjoyable.. And there is a pool!! (Do not miss it) One of the absolute highlights of our stay wasn’t just the food or the exceptional service, but the Ibizan Herbal Liquor Workshop. Juan Tur introduced us to the art of making traditional Ibizan herbal liqueur while we enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunsets from the Gravity Bar. We laughed so much, learned something new, and created a memory we’ll never forget. We’re not even at the end of our stay yet, but one thing is already certain: We’ll definitely be back. We recently stayed at TRS Ibiza Hotel for 10 days and overall had a fantastic holiday. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for quite some time, and despite a few issues, I would happily recommend it to others. The food and drinks throughout our stay were excellent. There was a great variety of drinks available, and the quality of the food was consistently very good. A special mention has to go to El Gaucho steak restaurant, which was absolutely outstanding and easily the highlight of our dining experience. I can’t recommend it enough. Helios Mediterranean restaurant wasn’t quite to my taste, but that’s purely a personal preference rather than a reflection of the restaurant itself. The pool area was always clean and well maintained, creating a great atmosphere throughout the day. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, just a short walk from San Antonio Bay, where we enjoyed visiting many of the bars and restaurants during our stay. Most of the staff were warm, welcoming, polite and extremely helpful. The burger and food van at the IO Pool Bar also deserves a special mention – the burgers and other food served there were some of the best we had during the holiday and I’d highly recommend stopping there for lunch. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that stopped this being a 5-star review. A few days into our stay, we requested an iron or steamer for our room but never received one despite asking several times. We also experienced a significant leak in our suite, with water dripping into the bathroom area and soaking some of our belongings and electronic devices. When we reported the issue, reception and maintenance staff seemed unsure how to deal with it, and the leak occurred again a few days later. The hotels only decision was to wipe the leak off our floor with our bath towels and then not replace them with clean fresh towels. While we did receive an upgrade to our drinks package on the final day as compensation, it felt like the issue could have been handled more effectively and much sooner. Additionally we had no issues waking around 9:00 -9:30 every morning for a sunbed which we had plenty of options to pick from, so don’t worry about sunbed wars. I also slipped on some stairs in the dining hall that were quite slippery and had no warning signs in place at the time. Thankfully, I wasn’t injured. To the hotel’s credit, signs and grip mats were later added, showing that the issue was taken seriously and addressed promptly. Overall, we had an amazing stay and made some fantastic memories. The quality of the food and drinks, the cleanliness of the hotel, the location, and the friendliness of the majority of the staff all made for a brilliant holiday. With a little improvement in how reception handles guest issues, this would easily be a 5/5 experience. For us, it’s a strong 4/5, and I would definitely recommend TRS Ibiza Hotel to anyone considering a stay in Ibiza.

The reviews with ‘cons’ are valid. Most of what we have since read is exactly what we would agree with. First impression is lovely. But check in was horrendously slow at the desk. Repeating the same info and manually filling forms in. Some people seemed to be offered a drink on arrival but we were not. Room is very nice - ok not tons of space but we found it plenty. Mini bar is not restocked daily - once during a week and I think only as we were in the room when they knocked. Biggest issue with the room was getting it serviced. It states its daily but 2 days we returned to the room after 5pm for it not to be done. Despite seeing the housekeeping trolleys on our floor. Booking restaurants was good on the app and the concierge helpful for amendments. The buffet restaurant service however is HORRENDOUS - don’t expect to get a coffee in the morning - you’ll ask for one, be acknowledged and then ignored. Lunch and dinner at best you may get a glass of water. Despite wine being visible you won’t be offered any. Dress code in the evening is also non existent in this restaurant but the food is lovely. Just let down by the service. Would be far better if they let you go to the wine station and top your own glass up. The two à la carte restaurants were nice and service was better. The pool is very overcrowded - too many beds too close together. It is sunbed wars. Service round the pool is intermittent. We are not massive drinkers so didn’t find it too bad but even we found it hit and miss. The ‘entertainment’ is basically a DJ for 2 hours each afternoon who just literally plays music. Doesn’t really encourage a party ‘vibe’. It’s definitely no OBeach. Gravity bar is stunning and service here is the best. But a DJ plays for 1.5 hours till 10pm and then it’s background music till 12pm and the atmosphere is very lacking. Lobby bar is a joke - service is painfully slow and finishes at 11pm. At 10.30 one evening we were told it was our last drink as they were shutting and handed them in plastic tumblers. Overall a nice hotel that should have 5 stars but due to lots of ‘niggles’ really lets itself down. Sufficed to say we wouldn’t return. 5th time on the island and the most we’ve ever paid for a week and just didn’t feel value for money. Re taxis - this isn’t the hotel but for anyone travelling here be warned Uber are charging upto 5 times the price of local taxis but the wait for a local taxi nearly every day - no matter what time is a minimum of 30+ minutes. The local app didn’t work once for us. Just allow PLENTY of time if you have a reservation or tickets for something.
