The location was wonderful and the atmosphere that all the team created was brilliant. Our room was quite small but acceptable and kept clean to a high standard. We feel it was good value for money but felt that the food could have been more varied, offering more choices and spices, we only had paella at lunchtime, would have been good for the evening along with other themed meals. ALL of the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient throughout the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment led by Johnny was second the none, he inspired people to get involved, kept a great sense of humour and fun at all times, he related well to all nationalities. All the staff and the hotel made our stay a wonderful experience - thank you everyone

We stayed for 10 nights at the globals apartments hotel all inclusive.The room was a bit dated but ok ,it was cleaned daily and the staff were excellent.I was led to believe it was adults only but the rep pointed out that was the other hotel .So there is an induction hob a microwave and a fridge in the room,not sure why for all inclusive,but there is NO kettle,so take a travel one with you.I found all of the staff friendly and helpful.As far as the food goes I couldn't fault it,there is something for everyone, and the grill chef with the glasses was particularly helpful.My only comment really about the restaurant would be I think they should have a sign beside the hand sanitizer,saying please sanitize your hands ,so people are more or less made to do it .I was disgusted at the amount of people who didn't .The pool area was nice with a few tables and chairs to sit on as well as the sun loungers (which were claimed with towels first thing )so we didn't bother,it's a problem lots of places have.The beach was a few minutes walk away and was lovely so we just went there.The entertainment team were good fun too especially Peter.The evening entertainment is on a large outside area with a stage , unfortunately for us it wasn't warm enough in the evenings and we didn't have any jumpers etc ,so if you are going early take a hoodie with you.We did join in when the weather was bad and the quizzes etc were brought inside.Would I stay again ,yes absolutely! Excellent value for money .

Just back home from our First time to Menorca and we stopped at the Lord Nelson in Sant Tomàs. Having read lots of the comments on here you do have to read between the lines. For what we paid for a week’s all inclusive we had a great time. We stayed in a bungalow in the hotels grounds, the room was spacious and comfortable had a decent sized walk in shower. Wardrobe was fine, room could have benefitted from some more storage space but wasn’t the be and end all. Loved how close it was to the beach and the sunsets were amazing along with the clear blue waters, if you have walking issues there is a ramp and a mat on the sand to aid you into the sea. Nice walks from the hotel on the cami de cavills, one which headed towards son bou was lovely. Food wise, breakfast was always something to choose from, be it continental, meats and cheeses or the good old fashioned fry up! Lunch times were had the choice of the AI food by the Pool or head into the restaurant, again always something to choose from. Evening meals however were a bit bland. Always a pasta dish or three! Then a fish or meat choice , the hotel was getting ready to close so looked like They were using up everything they had. My wife is coeliac and lactose free the food was labelled which was a great help, there was cross contamination which we witnessed so chose to avoid those dishes Pool area was fine, time of year we stayed loads of sunbed free you get to know where the sun is each day to pick your spot. The area is very quiet but equally lovely which might not suit everyone, not your normal holiday resort with lots of bars, restaurants and gift shops and selling excursions To sum up the week, for what we paid for a week it was perfect for a relaxing week in the sun and did exactly that, also being adults only made it even better!!!

Be very careful Love Holidays are advertising the wrong hotel in the pictures, there is 2 hotels in Santo Tomas called Globales Lord Nelson, one is an adults only hotel the other is apartments. we booked the adults only (as per the pictures and advert) but on arrival was sent to the apartments, Love Holidays also charged us extra for breakfast which is FREE for all guests at the apartments and they refuse to refund us!, that said the apartments are ok, although sold as self catering there is no kettle or toaster and very little anything else, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff are lovely, Santo Tomas is very quite only a couple of bars and restaurants nearby, would definitely recommend hiring a car, lovely little zoo not to far away.
