Absolutely fantastic hotel, very clean and tidy and food was very good. Staff friendly and very helpful, very quiet area and 50 yards to the beach. Tea and coffee facilities in your room but not beach towels but you can hire them for 10 euros deposit.

Firstly I would like to say this is a nice hotel, but more 3 star than 4 Close to the soft sandy beach. Nothing much around the hotel so very quiet location, but bus stop 2 minute walk away. Mainly middle aged to elderly couples while I was there. Which was fine as I’m in that group! Had few little issues which I will tell you about. Staff do not speak good English and reception staff didn’t even know where my room was, firstly sent me to floor 8 when only 5 floors in hotel, then said I was in the bungalows, but after wandering round for ages in 30 plus heat a cleaner showed me, I would never have found the small door, with no sign on it. ( and steps!!) Rooms are ok clean, aircon good, bathroom had no shower or hand soap but after asking got some after 3 days, shower drain blocked and flooded the bedroom but was sorted the next day. Restaurant and food… the first 3 days food was fairly good plenty of choice, however not many dishes have signs to say what it is, so didn’t always know what meat it was, it would be very difficult for anyone with allergies, gluten or vegans it would be pot luck, as even when you ask I couldn’t understand what they said 🤷‍♀️ If you go for dinner at 6.30 food fresh hot but after 7 food not very hot. After 3 days we felt the chef had changed as we struggled to find anything that was nice, so had salad or average pasta. Pool…. Well unless you get up at 6AM to put a towel out forget getting a sunbed!! After 6 am latest every sunbed taken… it’s a joke! Few have towels on all day but no one comes until late afternoon it’s just crazy All inclusive drinks is a bit confusing to start with as to what is included, the beer is ok the wine is watered down, sprits are local non branded. Only allowed 2 drinks from bar so if in groups of 4 then 2 of you need to go to bar. Cocktails just don’t bother all taste same just ready made acidic fruit juice ( without any fruit) £10 deposit for each beach towel. No sunbeds on the beach, apparently they used to have but not allowed now. So i wouldn’t say it’s the worst hotel Iv stayed in but just a few issues to help you decide if it’s for you… il try add some photos

Myself and my partner visited here last week for an 8 night stay. The hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel, however this did not appear to be the case. That being said however there were lots of positives: The food was very nice, always seemed to be fresh and warm with plenty of choices for all tastes. The love cooking station was a particular highlight. The location is perfect, literally a stones throw away from the beach. The pool was huge and not at all overcrowded at any point, although it could have done with a clean around the side. However there was a robotic cleaner each morning so no complaints on that side. The negatives that I feel stopped it from being 4 star were as follows - daily room service was not the best, coffee and milk sachets were not automatically topped up and dirty cups were not always replaced or washed . The only view we had was of the roof and solar panels, which I do appreciate due to the location of the rooms this may not be avoidable. There was no staff taking drinks orders or collecting empty plates and glasses. Sunbeds were limited unless you got there first thing in the morning and a couple seemed to be broken. Overall the above did not spoil our experience however, and we would still recommend for a relaxing break, but again not 4 star in our opinion, but a very good 3 star.

Facilities are limited, service is inconsistent, and several basics you’d expect from a 4‑star property simply aren’t there and unfortunately didn’t live up to the 4‑star rating it advertises. Here’s an honest breakdown for anyone considering this hotel. The biggest issue: not enough sun loungers. You genuinely need to go down at 6 AM to reserve a bed with your towel, otherwise you won’t find a lounger or umbrella for the entire day. Food and bar The food is repetitive — the same dishes night after night with very little variation. Entertainment is poor, with minimal effort to engage guests. The bar only accepts card payments, which is inconvenient for travellers who prefer using cash The hotel simply doesn’t have enough space or beds for the number of guests. The beach is lovely, but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas available, which makes it uncomfortable for longer stays by the sea. Twin rooms are very small and basic. No toiletries provided — no shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel, which is surprising for a hotel claiming 4 stars. Overall, the rooms feel dated and cramped.
