“Fantastic holiday”

Lovely hotel right by the beach. Really clean. The air conditioning in the rooms is fantastic. Staff are friendly. Food is amazing, something for everyone. Special shout out to our favourite waitress, Alison, who always has the biggest smile. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic 2 week stay at this hotel, no rush for sunbeds , plenty to go around. Staff are very polite and pleasant. Tried the a la carte restaurant, absolutely amazing food and staff, nothing is too much trouble, made us feel as of we were the only ones there receiving nothing less than perfect service. Bar staff and all staff at the pool bar were fantastic. 100% enjoyed this holiday , well worth the visit. “Decent hotel, great staff, but not worth the price!”

We recently stayed at this hotel on an all-inclusive basis and, overall, had a mixed experience with some great positives but also a few disappointing aspects. Check-in Check-in was quick and efficient, and we were welcomed with a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch. One thing that was frustrating was having to pay a €10 cash-only deposit for the pool towel card. It would have been much more convenient if card payments had been accepted. A special mention goes to Shelley on reception, who was fantastic. Room The room was spotless and very well cleaned, so no complaints there. However, we had paid extra for a Junior Suite, and it was nowhere near what we expected. It felt very basic and lacked the extras you would normally associate with a suite, such as a stocked minibar or any premium touches. Considering the price we paid, it was disappointing and certainly didn’t feel like an upgrade. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Despite being set as low as possible, the room never cooled below 26°C, making it uncomfortable, especially at night. We reported this twice and were told it had been checked. Apparently, a thermometer held directly under the air conditioning unit read 19°C, but the actual room temperature never reflected this. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. Food & Drinks The food was generally good, with a decent selection and themed evenings that helped add some variety throughout the week. The snack bar served tasty food, although the choice was fairly limited. One aspect we found strange was that the snack bar operated on a paid basis between 12pm and 3pm, despite us being all-inclusive. It only became included from 3pm until 6pm. While the main restaurant was open during those hours, it still seemed unusual that all-inclusive guests couldn’t access the snack bar throughout the day. The drinks selection was good overall, although it’s worth noting that some cocktails, including an Aperol Spritz and other premium options, came with an additional charge. There was occasional waiter service around the pool, which was appreciated, and Carlos deserves a special mention. He was brilliant throughout our stay—friendly and attentive! One small downside was the seating in the restaurant’s outdoor area. There are plenty of tables for couples, but very few for groups of three or more, which often made it difficult to find somewhere to sit together outside at mealtimes. Overall, we enjoyed parts of our stay, particularly thanks to some excellent staff members, but there were a number of areas that didn’t quite meet expectations for the price we paid. With a few improvements, particularly to the room quality and air conditioning, this could be a much better experience
