The hotel was beautiful, and views truly immaculate. The reception staff were very nice and friendly. The rooms were cleaned very well and found the bed very comfy. We also enjoyed the large range of drinks on offer and cocktails were very good. However room for improvement... Given the temperature was 34c, I would expect to be able to have water bottles bigger than the truly tiny ones available (I had to buy 4 at a time!) and I didn't sleep well the entire time as the AC was very poor (we have better in our house in England). The service around the pool was rather challenging, we often had to wait a long time or go and find someone- and then be told to wait and someone would come over. The food was not great - breakfast incredibly basic given the quality expected for this hotel, and lunch options were very expensive and not particularly tasty. E.g. seafood flatbread was fried calamari (had a very fishy weird taste) on plain sliced ciabatta. Overall I probably would go to the area again but maybe not this hotel, especially if you are planning a lot of pool time, I would need the food, AC and service to be improved.

“Brilliant stay”

Fantastic hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk into Santa elulia.. all the staff are lovely , super clean & modern hotel. Gorgeous rooms and comfy beds!! Fantastic hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk into Santa elulia.. all the staff are lovely , super clean & modern hotel. Gorgeous rooms and comfy beds!! The only downside is the food- we paid for the ‘ Level ‘ we weren’t sure weather it was worth the extra money- unless you want to sit in the area in the shade in the daytime and use the food and drink there, you can’t take it anywhere else in the hotel. Breakfast service is slow. Overall though a fabulous hotel and we will defiantly return & reccomend!! Shop a 5 min walk , beautiful setting by the sea and views. Thank you Melia !

“Lovely relaxation”

We came for a long weekend break and this was a fantastic place. Beautiful setting, sea views all around and space to relax and thoroughly enjoy a holiday. The hotel design is fantastic, plenty of sunbeds without feeling cramped. The pool was immaculate and the pool at a higher level (not roof top) meant that it was never overly busy. Excellent spa facilities - a hot tub with sea views, sauna and steam room. Great location, out of the town but close enough to enjoy the evening strolls through a lovely woodland area and along the promenade. The staff here are wonderful. Attentive, polite and welcoming. Being asked if we were ok and if we needed anything by the pool added a lovely attentive touch. The only slight mark down would be the price of food, which we found a little expensive and meant we ate in the town every evening. Breakfast (included in our half board) was very good with a good selection. Would definitely come back here again.

Currently on holiday here the weather beautiful the view from the hotel stunning. We are staying on the level which has a roof top pool and sunbeds also a bar where drinks are charged however downstairs drinks are free !! The staff are all friendly with lots of people/ staff just circulating almost guest asking how they are and if they are enjoying their stay. Can't fault this as well as our room which is lovely and clean adequate for 2. Our only niggle is the price for food at lunch time. We are half board a person in our groups is vegan and is struggling for something that doesn't contain milk, eggs meat or cheese. We just asked for 2 chips and maybe some roasted veg ....we got chips and some boiled veg .....the cost 36€ that's £32 English pounds!!...for chips and veg The onsite restaurant is not much better we paid 49€ yesterday for sea bass and some chips a flatbread with lettuce and sun-dried tomato 1 beer and 1 water... There are plenty of restaurants in town but we don't want to have to change ever lunch time to do the walk into town . However, we have noticed a local hotel offering food for a fraction of the price . All said we would come back but not on a half board basis We are here for a week cost at half-board £3900

“Standards Slipping ???”

This was our Third time staying here and opted to stay in the levels.Our daughter (20) was joining us so we asked for two rooms next to each other. This was our Third time staying here and opted to stay in the levels.Our daughter (20) was joining us so we asked for two rooms next to each other. We arrived early,we were offered the usual complimentary drink of fizz or water.My daughters room was ready ,but ours wasnt.We went with our daughter to her room and walked onto the balcony to see a massive crack in the glass on the balcony,This was a massive concern on a safety and Health & safety level.I am not sure when this damage was done but we were very concerned that it hadnt been mentioned or work underway to replace it. We found the breakafast Buffett to be cold most morning especially if you went down later in the morning and the selection wasnt as good as we had experienced in the other part of the hotel the year before. There was inconsitency with the staff that came around to our table at breakfast time,one day my daughter requested an orange juice ,no problem at all two days later different server ,their response was to go and get it yourself?? This Hotel really needs to focus on getting the smaller details right as they really do seem to be slipping for a 4 star hotel.Will we stay here again,I am not so sure as we did feel let down this time around.
