The location is fab near the town of Santa Eulària des Riu. The hotel atmosphere was very chill and calm during the days with an entertainment person for kids. The bedroom sizes are good with fantastic sea views and marina views as well as hill views. The value for the hotel is amazing as in food standards are good, and staff are friendly and nice and also have a good understanding of English,German and French and obviously Spanish. The cleanliness is top tier with clean rooms, clean dinning areas and also the pool and amenities outside are nice and clean and well organised. The receptionists and lovely and have very good English, if you have a problem they will help you with out any struggle. The only thing that makes this a 4 star was one of the waitresses took our order 3 times and still forgot to ask the chef for the food.

Just returned from a week at Sirenis , lovely small hotel , friendly staff & quiet location. Really can’t fault our stay, rooms clean & comfortable, read a review about housekeeping not everyday but they definitely did clean daily , one day we didn’t need the room cleaned she still knocked to see if we’d like fresh towels ! Food was hot & fresh , it’s not a huge buffet but you can certainly find something to eat. One major plus was no flies around food & it was all clean and tidy , staff in the dining hall served drinks lunch & evening and they were always really quick & asked if they noticed you needed a refill. The snack bar was basic but good & food was cooked to order. 2 entertainment guys who were both lovely , not pushy at all in fact the vibe by the pool is very chilled. They let you know what’s happening throughout the day and no pressure to join. Would say there is not much for smaller children , during our stay out 7 year old was probably the youngest there & they were extremely apologetic that he couldn’t do archery as the bow was as big as him 😂 however he had a great time in the pool , playing pool , cards and joining the silent disco so there was no issue . Lots of families with teen children who were all super polite & included our son in a ball game in the pool which he loved. Rep was in the hotel daily which is a rarity now. There is a spa shop directly opposite this hotel but If you go left out of the hotel there is a suma supermarket a little further down , if you like an energy drink ( unfortunately I do ) they are 3.40 euro in the spa & only 1.70 in suma for an extra 2 min walk ! Snacks , milk / water for the room are also much cheaper ! Hotel location is good , a scenic 10 min walk to the beach bars & promenade. Honestly this hotel is great value , maybe not for families with young kids to entertain. We will def book again, only small gripe is the doors are heavy wood , we were careful to close ours but were woken up numerous times by people just loosing them to slam at all hours , sounds petty but it was so loud it was unbelievable 🙄

So we got there pretty late and there were no food options but there was a packed lunch prepared and ready for us. Nice start there. Joaquin on reception was very friendly and helpful. We were given our keys and sent up to our room and the aircon straight away was a blessing, it was boiling and the aircon helped massively, lovely and cool. The room was comfortable, comfortable twin beds, nice big bathroom area (shower, toilet and sink all in a big area but separate), WiFi, kettle, fridge etc. All that you need. No issues with the room at all. Food was good. Always something for everyone and if you didn't fancy anything the snack bar outside always had something for you. All waiters/waitresses were brilliant, they really were! The À la Carte tapas menu wasn't up to much though. There was one menu and that was it, they brought the next dish to you once you were finished with the current dish, no other options. We did however get an option for dessert! There were plenty of sun beds throughout the day, never a struggle to find one. The pool was lovely, brilliant temp. Nice quiet enclosed setting. The entertainment team throughout the day were really trying their best, FairPlay to them. They were constantly trying to get people involved. The night time entertainment wasn't up to much. There was a show on for an hour maybe an hour and a quarter every night from 8:30pm and that was it, nothing before or nothing after. One single act. If you like to have a bit of night time entertainment after food then you need to venture out of the hotel, possibly not even bother going here. Also the bar area is very quiet, nice chilled area with lounge seats there. You have to make your own entertainment as they have no TVs there to watch anything. Everyone just seemed to be playing cards. It was about a 20 minute walk into the town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants so in all fairness the location of the hotel is pretty good. There is a shop right across the road for your basics, not a lot else around by the hotel though. The area in itself is a little quiet area. Obviously I went with my partner on a couples break but if you go with family and have got young children there is hardly anything there for them to do. There is a little baby pool there but overall it seems to be catered for older children and adults. Overall it's a lovely hotel and we had a nice stay. We would go back if the price was right but wouldn't rush straight back. We aren't party animals and didn't drink an awful lot but even this was even on the quiet side for us. Should also add that they keep your bags in the luggage store and offer you a shower on the day you are going home (if you've got a later flight), so you don't need to book a room for late check out. You do need to book the shower in advance though.

A really good stay. Room was very nice and plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The pool bar cocktails were decent. The food was varied, always warm and good quality. Staff across the board were friendly and helpful. Entertainment was patchy. We had a really good singer/guitarist by the pool one afternoon then we had another that same night. Other than that it was fairly average and was usually finished before 10:30. But if you were spending the evening at the hotel it at least gave you something to do. I think the hotel could do with a nice cool bar to sit in the evening with some background music. Ironically they did have one where they held the evening entertainment was held but they closed that as soon as the entertainment stopped at around 10:30. Why not keep it open and stick on some music on let people have a wee dance.
