“Nice hotel for a week away but could be improved”

We stayed here as a family of four and two grandparents in July 2025. It's a nice 4 star hotel and was good for a week away. Check in was quick and nice and easy, they did offer to help us with getting the bags to the room but we didn't want to wait so walked it ourselves. Do be aware that the resort is very big and not easy to find your way around, reception do give you a map but even with that we walked past our block initially. Rooms - The rooms are nice, we stayed in a one bed family room which was a bit of a squeeze with four of us, but we weren't in there that much really. There's a bedroom, sofa bed with pull out bed underneath, the bathroom was small but fine and there's also a microwave and decent sized fridge. Pools and grounds - The grounds and pools are very nice, there's a decent sized pool half way down to the beach, the others are closer towards the beach, they were a good size and lovely and warm, there's also a kids pool with a couple of small slides for them. We didn't have trouble getting sunbeds, but we were generally up fairly early. There were always beds available but they may be further out into the grass rather than right next to the pool. We did walk down to the beach but in all honesty, it wasn't great in my opinion so we stayed by the pool for the week. Food and Drinks - The food in the main restaurant was nice with plenty of options and we always managed to get seats even with 6 of us, the one minor criticism is that it can take a while waiting for certain things at times, like the grilled meats, or in the mornings, the omelette station looked excellent but you'd have to wait around 10 to 15 mins for these. Had they maybe have doubled up these stations it would have helped a lot. The food in here was excellent however. There is a snack bar down near the main pools, the food here did get a bit samey after a week but it was always decent enough, it's self service. I believe it turns into a bookable Al a carte in the evenings but we didn't use this. If you want soft drinks, water, wine or larger then there are self service stations at both pools, the restaurant and the main bar, just be aware they do attract a lot of wasps and bees but they generally leave you alone and I didn't hear of anyone getting stung. If you want a cocktail or spirits you need to go to the bar, in the day time at the main pool they are pretty quick but in the evening it is a bit of a nightmare and again can take 10 to 15 minutes to get served, this was a bit of a pain to be honest, and again a few more bar staff would have helped massively. Entertainment - Unfortunately this was very hit and miss, so in the days, it was very good they regularly had things going on and the foam party in the main pool was great fun and the kids really enjoyed. However the evening entertainment was very disjointed, they'd have a kids disco until around 8 and then there was nothing until around 9, this would sometimes be in the main bar area and sometimes in the show area but you had to check in the day to see where it would be. It was nearly always the same group of dancers, who to be fair worked tirelessly and we're good, but it would be the same group the following evening with a slightly different twist to it. Even after a week it became a little boring and that hour gap between the kids disco and the main entertainment was very strange and the kids would get bored very easily. We were situated right by the main bar, it could be a little loud but was done by 11 at the latest every night. There are two little shops on site but they sell loads of stuff in there, toys, clothes, sun glasses, crisps, chocolate, sweets, pop, alcohol. We didn't bother venturing out of the hotel as it was very warm and I think a walk would have been too hot and we didn't fancy walking around shopping in that heat, but there isn't much outside the hotel so it would need to be a taxi ride or 30 minute walk if you did want to go. The hotel is nice and the food was good, I certainly wouldn't rule out returning but it would benefit from some small improvements particularly around the number of bad staff and a change to the entertainment setup.

Had a brilliant Oct half term trip here. Incredible value for money. The staff were great, particularly at the beach, coffee and wubderbar. Entertainment staff worked very hard, we loved the aqua fit / dance each day (one even jumped in the pool with us #dedication) Lots of activities, tennis, beach volley ball, archery etc. evening entainment is very good - the dj/saxaphone/singer was the highlight. Dancers were incredible. Food - breakfast was great, but evening / lunch felt quite samey. Definitely visit bodega, its worth the pain of trying to book - you have to get on at 2pm 48hrs before and get a sitting before they go. Rooms - comfy beds which was a real plus. But air con didnt really work, shower didn't quite shut all the way and could do with a bit more storage space. Pools - heated pool ( sports) which was surprisingly a good temperature. The larger pools werent, but weirdly although cold, you get used to it when doing aqua fit. Also lifeguards at both. Theres so many sunbeds and noone was getting up early to reserve. The place is quite big, so you dont feel on top of people. It was sunbathing weather even at the end of Oct. There's a beach which you should visit, the beach bar there (bodegas) is nice for a drink during the day. Should also mention how clean the place is, not just our room, but also all the communal areas / toilets. Worth noting - its a split between british and Germans, so the music /activities cater for both Would highly recommend.

“Really good holiday with teens!”

We just returned from 10 nights and it was a really good hotel,we had a brilliant holiday! Our 3 teen boys loved football most days,water polo,beach volleyball, table tennis etc. I did a couple of dance classes which were fab,and husband had tennis lessons so loads to do here. We just returned from 10 nights and it was a really good hotel,we had a brilliant holiday! Our 3 teen boys loved football most days,water polo,beach volleyball, table tennis etc. I did a couple of dance classes which were fab,and husband had tennis lessons so loads to do here. Pools were great too. Good location,close to a couple of lovely towns. We went to Ibiza Town which was amazing. Such fantastic shops,some better than London! Hardly any tacky shops, all really lovely and unique. Beautiful views too! Food was good in the hotel,loads of choice. One negative is the food is not that hot,so get there early! Lovely staff,really helpful and friendly. We had a 2 bed apartment which was so spacious, although our key card didn't work 4 times, which was a pain! But this got sorted out quickly. Evening entertainment was hit and miss,and starts at 9.30pm,so a bit late as you're not doing much after dinner. Dancers work hard and are really good,but it's a bit repetitive. There are 2 restaurants. 1 tapas by the beach,which has stunning views. Food is ok,not amazing, but not terrible! Trattoria restaurant (Italian) is really lovely. It is self serve but food is tasty,we enjoyed this. Overall,really loved this place,and we would return.
