We had an amazing 12-night stay at Cala Pada Ibiza with our family of five adults and two children, and it exceeded our expectations. Our apartment in Block 9 was spacious, peaceful and perfectly located – far enough away to enjoy some quiet time, yet only a short walk from the main building and all the facilities. Every member of staff we met was professional, friendly, warm and genuinely helpful, which made such a difference to our holiday. We'd especially like to thank Ma Mar from Housekeeping, Maria Pez at the Coffee Bar, Carmli at the Wonder Bar, Tamara,  Paula and Puck at Reception, Michelle and Max from Archery, and Inka and Mikael from Fitness. They all went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. The entire Front Office team were brilliant throughout, and the management team should be very proud of their hospitality. The range of activities was fantastic, with something for every age, ability and mood. We loved trying new activities throughout our stay, and that became one of the highlights of the holiday. A special mention goes to the 'morning stretch' session – it was the perfect way to start the day, overlooking the sunrise in such a peaceful setting. The only disappointment was that it wasn't available every day! The food was excellent, and we really enjoyed the themed dinner evenings, which offered plenty of variety throughout our stay. We also took the local bus into Santa Eulària, which stops just outside the hotel. It's only a few minutes away and is well worth a visit, with a lovely atmosphere, great places to wander and plenty of cafés and shops. We had such a wonderful holiday and would like to thank every member of the team for making it such a memorable experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cala Pada and hope to return in the future.

The resort was beautiful, and the archery activities were the highlight of my stay. Michelle was friendly, professional, and made every session enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Most meals lacked flavor, and I often struggled to find dishes that tasted good. Apart from the food, everything else was excellent, and I would gladly return if the dining experience improved.

The place is really nice and quiet.Furthermore the teen hangout was vey welcoming and provided various activities for teenagers to do whilst also making everyone feel Included. Anusch was just amazing. however the rooms were relatively small in size however they were relatively comfortable and the cleaners came around frequently to ensure our rooms stayed clean. Michelle also joined us a lot and she is fun.

We stayed here for 10 nights as a family of 5 and a family of 4. The hotel is well presented & staff work hard to maintain the hotel grounds & facilities. It is in a quiet location next to a small beach area however there is a bus stop just across the road from the hotel which takes you into Santa Eulàlia & other towns & also the ferry stops on the beach and goes down as far as Old Ibiza Town or up to Es Cana. The facilities and entertainment at the hotel is very good. Our family enjoyed playing tennis every day & using the pool. The younger ones really enjoyed the foam party in the pool once a week & the popcorn & cocktails. The food in the main buffet restaurant was very nice with lots of choice. We also booked into the Mexican restaurant on the beach & the Italian restaurant by the main pool during our stay and both were lovely. We didn’t struggle to get sun loungers at all during our stay and even though it’s a big complex it didn’t feel overcrowded & was relaxing. We tended to go out quite a bit on the evenings so didn’t really see much of the entertainment but there seemed to be a good variety. The only thing that let the holiday down for us was the rooms. We didn’t feel that they reflected the money that we paid for the holiday. The one bedroom apartment was really small and there wasn’t enough storage space. The two bedroom apartment was a decent size, however the air conditioning just wasn’t powerful enough meaning that the bedrooms were uncomfortably hot. The rooms could do with an upgrade. The beds were uncomfortable and we weren’t generally impressed with the standard of cleaning of the rooms. The floors were constantly dirty despite being mopped & we had to go to reception on a few occasions as fresh towels hadn’t been left. Overall I would recommend the hotel for families based on the resort itself, the friendly hard working staff and the location, however I feel that the rooms & housekeeping needs improving.
