Ruben was an amazing entertainer, he is very friendly and has a good approach to guest, he kept us up to date on all entertainment that was taking place in the daytime and evening. Ruben’s English was perfect very well understood.. Lovely hotel, food okay, entertainment ✅

Animation team are amazing !! Marta , Reuben , Kyano , Jordan , Lucas , Lidia and Adrian they have been amazing they have made our holiday super special !! They always have smile on their faces and we are very grateful !!

“Fantastic”
Location absolutely spot on, fantastic atmosphere. Room was on the small side but I don’t go on holiday to spend time in the rooms. Both Jordan and Kyano on the animation team were absolutely amazing lads. Both of them look after the guests and cater to needs. Definitely will be returning!
