“Lovely, relaxing stay for a family of four”

We travelled as a family of four, two adults and two children (1 and 3). We had an excellent time here, we booked half board. The breakfast is lovely with plenty of choice and the freshly cooked omelette every morning was excellent. Evening meal doesn’t start until 7:30pm but the food was always good and again with plenty of choice. The grounds are beautiful and the views are lovely. The hotel itself is clean, our room was cleaned every day, the apartments are spacious and well equipped with a good fridge. Our air con broke on the third day but we were moved to a new room within a few hours. The pools are excellent, the 0.5m pool was great for our little ones and the bigger pool gradually got deeper which was lovely for all of us. There is a supermarket on site which is really reasonably priced and bakes fresh bread and pastries every day. The free shuttle bus down to the beach was great, they don’t run in the middle of the day (between 1:45pm and 4pm) but that wasn’t a problem. There is also a public bus stop just up the road from the hotel for going further afield. There are a few restaurants in town that do great food and an amazing ice cream shop. Special shout out to Sophia who was really friendly, she only heard our children’s names once but remembered them every time she saw them again. We had a really lovely stay here and would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay.

A last minute 3 night break for our extended family of 9 aged 11-74 years old. We had three rooms which were confidently located in the same block on the same floor and did not disappoint. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and well managed by polite and friendly staff. No need to reserve sun beds but most are gone by midday. The breakfast was really good. Lovely modern restaurant with so much choice. The swimming pools were lovely and warm and cleaned daily. There is a shuttle bus to the beach every 15 minutes but doesn’t run between 2pm-4pm. It can carry 8 passengers so fills up pretty quick. This was the only gripe I had with the hotel, they do need a larger bus, maybe a 16 seater, it’s busy of an evening as most use it to get to the resort centre. If you want to walk it’s about 20 minutes from the hotel to the centre/beach and about 25 mins back due to the inclines. There is a supermarket next to the hotel which is very well stocked and is reasonable priced. Overall a great hotel, worthy of its 4* rating, we’ll definitely be back next year.

Beautiful setting, fantastic staff, lovely rooms cleaned daily, great breakfast and a relaxed / laid back vibe. Great pools for all the kids with roaming chickens with their baby’s which the kids loved. Entertainment on 3 nights, which was great as we could experience the fantastic local music, fun / buzzing atmosphere, restaurants in Son Bou and on the amazing shallow, turquoise water beach. Far better than the hetic all inclusive alternative and highly recommend and will be going back!

This was our first time to Menorca and we chose this hotel as it seem to be in a very quiet area and we were not disappointed, The resort is extremely well kept with lovely grounds and three large linked swimming pools. Even though the hotel was busy there was always lots of room and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. You never had the early morning rush for sunbeds as you could always find plenty of choice no matter what time to went to the pool area. My only negative comment is that due to a lot of small birds around the resort, the sun beds very often have birds mess on them in the morning and you need to clean this off before you can put your towel down to lie on. This is something I think the hotel should look to deal with each morning We had a junior suite on a self catering basis and stayed in block 2A room 204. Lovely big room, comfortable bed, lovely patio to sit out on and everything kept clean by daily visits from the cleaning staff. Air conditioning at first seemed a bit poor, but it actually worked perfectly well and kept the room lovely and cool, especially through the night for sleeping. Never heard any noise from other rooms in our block or from outside at night to disturb you. We did eat a couple oftimes during our stay in the hotel restaurant, which is a lovely airy restaurant, extremely clean and the staff we encountered were really good, pleasant and very helpful. The food is all buffer style, plenty of choice for all tastes. My only slight gripe was some of the food was not very hot. Other than that it was very good. The pool bar area also serves some really nice food in the day time. Attached to the hotel is a really good supermarket. The prices are very good and you can get pretty much everything you need if you are there on a self catering basis. Son bou beach is about a 25 minutes pleasant walk from the hotel. The beach is beautiful and gets extremely busy very early so if you want to go there and have a sun bed and umbrella you need to get there quite early. The hotel runs a regular mini bus to and from the beach and central area of Son Bou during the day time and evening. This is free to hotel guests. Overall we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it if you want a peaceful and relaxing holiday and we will definitely return for another stay.
