Friendly and welcoming staff, champagne on arrival, immaculate hotel, food and facilities absolutely superb. Stayed 4 nights mum and daughter break with all inclusive and will definitely return. There were a lot of guests who we met that return again and again. The best hotel I have ever stayed in nothing was too much to ask. My daughter asked to look at another room for photo's for her instagram and we were given a choice of room. Flowers at breakfast on the weekend. Robes for the spa, a late check out (our room until 5pm) with our all inclusive bands reactivated for 10euro each !!! All wonderful service well done ALEGRIA 😍. The only down side was the sunshine could have stayed out a bit longer 😂😂

We recently stayed at a beachfront property in Santa Susanna, whose modern and minimalist decor added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. The first thing to say is that the hotel staff were fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their service was truly commendable. While the property boasts of many impressive features, it was the proximity to the beach that we found most enjoyable, most rooms enjoying a sea view. Being able to easily access the beach added a sense of serenity to our vacation, making it a genuinely relaxing environment. Additionally, the facilities were top-notch, contributing significantly to our overall satisfaction. The rooms we stayed in were fine, providing us with the basic comforts we expected. However, one downside was the noise from a nearby train which was quite regular and somewhat disruptive to the tranquillity we were seeking. The hotel offers an all-inclusive package, including drinks. While the drinks were fine, we were disappointed to find that many were not included in the all-inclusive deal. This is something prospective guests should consider when booking their stay. I've stayed at many 4+star hotels that include more spirits in their AI offerings. The on-site buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of tasty dishes. However, we were really disappointed to find that the food was lukewarm at best, even when dining immediately after the restaurant opened. It seems they need to address the heating situation to ensure food is served hot. During our stay, the weather was poor, which was unfortunate, but out of the control of the hotel. Furthermore, it was out of season, so there were not many activities available to us in Santa Susanna. Despite these few drawbacks, the overall experience was definitely relaxing, mainly because of the hotel's fantastic staff and service. Their efforts to make our stay as pleasant as possible were highly appreciated. A little attention to the food heating and clarity on the all-inclusive package would make the experience flawless.

Just returned from a long weekend break over the Easter period. Fabulously located on the beach front, we stayed in room 502 with both sea & inland views. The balconies are perfectly designed with privacy in mind. The rooms are a good size, clean, comfortable and bright. Complimentary toiletries ( shampoo, body wash,soap). If I had one small observation ( not a critiscm) is that although there is a kettle and cups in the room, there was no tea/ coffee sachets available to make a drink. Staff are all lovely and very attentative and nothing too much trouble. We went AI, plenty of choice at all meal times, well prepared and presented. Can highly recommend the desserts!! The pool side bar also has good selection of beverages & snacks to keep you going in-between meal times. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach ( literally over the road) should you want something different. Lovely relaxing weekend,

This is not a four star - more like a three star. There is a lot of noise from outside even though the balcony door looks like double-glazing (the hotel is side on to a hotel that attracts a noisy clientele and has a disco/karoke every night); the towels are very hard; you have to pay extra if you want to use the in-room safe deposit box (never saw that before!!); and the water in the shower is very difficult to regulate - it is either far too hot or far too cold. The breakfast is good, the location, and the cleaning staff are good; but you'd get that plus more soundproofing, better towels, warm water, and a safe deposit box elsewhere for the same money.
