Lovely pool area with a garden. We lived in apartment and it was absolutely ok kitchen for one week. Mosquitoes were very annoying, so make sure to keep windows and doors closed. Friendly staff. Had dinner at the hotel, food was decent but the dining area was not pleasant. It was noisy and echoed a lot. The interior design was boring. Incredibly friendly staff. Close to the beach and the harbor with nice restaurants. We can definitely consider going back. 😃🦟🌴

“Great experience”

Amazing entertainment so good with the kids! Lovely place and will be returning. The chocolate fountain was good the kids really enjoyed as did adults

We stayed at this hotel for week (family of 3) in the middle of April 2024. The hotel has several good things going for it, and a few not-so-good things. The good things: --- 1. Reception staff very professional, friendly and welcoming. We were offered drinks while we waited for check-in, and got our room about 10:00 AM (earlier than standard check in time). 2. The beach is a very short walk (5 minutes) from the hotel. 3. Lots of cafes, restaurants, ice-cream shops, supermarkets, convenience stores, car rental companies, and pharmacies near the hotel. One doesn't have to go far to find things. 4. Wi-fi was good, free, and worked well in the rooms. Good enough for Netflix, and Disney+, etc. No problems with speed whatsoever. 5. Room contains safe deposit box, no additional charges for this, but one does have to ask for the key at the reception. 6. Room was spacious, clean, and bright. The housekeeping department services the room 5 out of 7 days, changing sheets, towels, as necessary. 7. The beds were comfortable. This however is a matter of personal choice. The sofa bed is firmer than the twin beds in the bedroom. 8. A fan was provided on request (we needed it as aircon was not available in April, and on some nights it got rather warm). 9. The kitchen though very basic, is workable. It is something like what one might expect in a small student studio flat. You basically have a hob, microwave, and a small fridge. Kettle and toaster is not included by default, and you have to ask for it. There is no charge though. Okay for basic cooking, but cant make anything serious. Kitchen was stocked with soup plates, cups, a couple of glasses, some cutlery, and a couple of pots. No cereal bowls were included. 10. Parking was easy to find. The not-so-good things: ----- 1. Rooms can get noisy. It is not that the walls are thin, rather the problem seems to be that there are many hard surfaces in the hotel and a complete lack of carpeting in the hallways, and hence sound reverberates and carries a lot further. It was not an issue for us as we are used to noise with kids. To be honest a couple of pairs of ear plugs from the pharmacy next door sorted the problem out. This is not as big a deal as some people make it. 2. The hotel have decided to provide room keys as wristbands instead of traditional key cards. I imagine this may feel 'cool' from a marketing perspective but in my mind advertises where you are staying to any random stranger you pass on the road. This is because the wrist bands have a distinctive look and any one who is local to the area will instantly know that you are staying at the Alcudia Garden Aparthotel by just looking at your wrist. As a parent, this immediately sent alarm bells ringing in my head. I did not want random people to know which hotel my kid was staying at. I think this is a potentially serious security risk and I highly recommend the hotel management to offer the alternative of traditional key cards to people with children. 3. In general, the property shows signs of wear and tear. It also shows signs of somewhat poor repair work from some local handyman. It is visible all over the place, in small things like tiles not aligning, excessive use of sealant, cracks in door frames, rusted bolts in the balcony, kitchen counter top not fitted correctly, etc. I really think they need to get a better skilled person to maintain things, the workmanship at times is just sloppy. It is not a huge problem as the property is going for a 3-star and as such is neat and clean. However, sloppy workmanship is visible all over the room and at times left me wondering 'Who the heck did this, and why?' Overall I would say the experience was very good, and whilst this is not the best 3-star aparthotel we have stayed at, it did represent excellent value for money, and the proximity to the beach, and shops really helped.

Good location. Food very nice, great variety but not hot, cold plates. Our self catering apartment had no amenities only a 2 ring hob, cutlery and 2 massive pans. No toaster kettle or anything. Good location. Food very nice, great variety but not hot, cold plates. Our self catering apartment had no amenities only a 2 ring hob, cutlery and 2 massive pans. No toaster kettle or anything. Staff were all very nice. Massive restaurant, manic couple hundred people in there. The room furniture was tac n dirty. Beds were comfy. I requested a quiet room and they put us right by bin collections and deliveries or we could pay for upgrade at 35e per night 490euros. Mosquitos !! Galore horrendous.
