“Time keeping”

Just returned from a 4 night golf trip..stayed in apartment 2B Lovely apartment..clean..spacious..everything you need..location great.. Left a €200 deposit at moby dick bar with Netty(who is lovely)and informed them I was leaving apartment at 0730hrs in morning to catch bus to airport..missed bus... more

Lovely apartment clean and tidy who we rented off Alfonso plenty of room everything you need for self catering .. Moby dick bar great and lovely people who run it pool was fantastic only thing no sun beds great location not far from lavante beach and same to the night life definitely would stay a... more

Which made up for her bad timekeeping.. All in all..had a great time and would stay again...

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.
