“Beautiful location and gardens”
After initial issues with room on arrival, these were sorted. Food good , we had half board and enjoyed our dinners, especially when served by Arleny and Moises who were exceptional. Breakfast good too. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

You should know what you are going to get with Paradors - lovely building, quality accommodation and services and excellent food. So the La Palma parador does not disappoint. “Service needs improving”
Had a lovely time at the hotel but sadly on several occasions, the service at breakfast and at the bar was very poor. Failed to be served at breakfast one morning after waiting 35 minutes and with no hot drink available as the coffee machine was out of order, we decided to return back to our room… more
