Every time we go back, we are treated like family. The staff are phenomenal. Jannicke (Guest Manager), Louis (Bar Manager) and his team, Carlos (Poor Bar & Restaurant Manager) and his team and Miguel (Mexican Manager) and his team, 'Baywatch' (Lifeguard Lady), the African lady is the deluxe part of the restaurant (with the stunning hairdo!) - all made such a special effort with us both and we genuinely cannot thank them all enough xx Food is always at a fabulous standard, will never understand the complaints. How many other all inclusive restaurants do you get which cook you Eggs Benedict etc to order?? Also the Mexican has massively improved - Miguel cant wait to see you again in September xx Pool area great. One very special mention to Claudia (our Portugueser!!) She made such an effort to move the water polo nets to an area where they wouldn't hit anyone around the pool and also used a much softer ball. This sounds a really silly comment to include on a review, however we have visited this hotel many many times, and whenever water polo is played the ball comes smashing out on the water and hits people, the beds and there belongings (which on a previous year broke my husband sunglasses!) - so this level of empathy and common sense went a long way. Hopefully the animation team will review this based on her actions and follow her lead. The day entertainment shows are fab! The evening shows around the pool are also good, only downside the volume is very loud for those rooms around this area when there are people who want to chill for the evening on the balcony, or those that have young children or babies trying to sleep. Location - perfect for us, we are in our late 40's and late 50's - but 20 at heart! so great to have a few shops, bars and restaurants locally so we can get out and about from the hotel at times. Great Indian 'Aromas' and Chinese 'The Great Wall' very locally and staff always very accommodating. Bars - yes the queues do get a little long at busy times, but they work their socks off and still remember your drinks with all the guests! Louis we love you, cant wait to see you chilling one day with us in your new 'shades' (sunglasses). Pool Bar again, can also get busy but once again they work tirelessly and also with a smile (once gain remembering your drinks!) Reception - they are quick and efficient at sorting our any requests, on one occasion our sink was blocked and within 15 minutes the workman was up at the room and it was fixed! Another excellent stay, unfortunately I cannot personally thank every member of great staff, so please pass this on. Hopefully returning in September, so we see you all then xxx

“Brazilian restaurant”

The Brazilian restaurant was excellent. There was a lot of food! Great service and lovely staff. Lots of meat and salad. Thank you to Fatima, Steîsy and Sebastian 😀

We have been to this hotel before and have always enjoyed it there are plenty of sun beds even though some people have said there are not, the food is good and would say definitely go to the Mexican restaurant it was fantastic, the staff are friendly and polite, and the rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towels supplied every day. The entertainment is good there are some funny acts and also really good singers I feel like we have had a lovely relaxed holiday and we met some lovely people while we was there. And also they did provide a big screen for all the football and if you didn’t want this you could get it on your TV in your room

First time in Fuerteventura, and came here on recommendation of a friend. Staff were nice, room was nice. My sea facing room was a little let down, but technically I could see the see so they got me there. This particular hotel was not beachfront as I expected you had to walk to it, and with most of the amenities like the gym etc not technically onsite but not far away so didn't take too much away from the experience maybe I have been a little spoilt before with private beaches etc. so a little eye opener but did not detract from our holiday. Food was generally OK, the Brazilain restaurant was great, so much tasty meat I was royally stuffed. All in all a lovely holiday.
