“Excellent Place”

Stayed at the CayBeach for a month. Bungalows loveley clean and spacious. Unfortunately my wife fell and broke her hip while we were there - The CayBeach were excellent and helped us so much definately be back. Paul & Joy Boyle

Great family accommodation good value bungalows location is good for restaurants,shops and beach. Sun loungers not enough although they are chained up till 10.00am but people there at 9.30 and before they put their towels etc on parasol never seen that before. Staff are friendly and helpful breakfast choice good,the bungalows are kept clean no house keeping on Sunday clean towels daily and sheets changed once in the week we were there.lm disabled and used my disability scooter the pavements and paveways are the best I've seen for sometime and the beach you couldn't faulter brilliant

“Get what you pay for......!”

We stayed first week of school holidays 18th July 2026 and for £1300 jet2 holidays flights transfers and accommodation family of 4 i can't complain so wasn't expecting much !Most important the rooms are clean and got cleaned every day of our holiday 🙌 yes showing there age in parts but no big deal… more

We stayed first week of school holidays 18th July 2026 and for £1300 jet2 holidays flights transfers and accommodation family of 4 i can't complain so wasn't expecting much !Most important the rooms are clean and got cleaned every day of our holiday 🙌 yes showing there age in parts but no big deal! We only slept in it and used it as a base to shower! Microwave and kitchen was usable but we didn't use it .. basic utensils but would do the job.... pool bar happy hour 5pm till 6pm not advertised anywhere but 2 for 1 on drinks! No entertainment at night but a 5 minute walk into town and plenty of restaurants and bars avaliable although we did find the area scruffy and untidy litter all over the place,read reviews and some saying crime was a problem! at these Apartments getting broken into please read for yourself... but did notice a large police presence while I was there so reassuring to see. The place is open to anyone off the street i did email the resort asking to be near the pool 3 times before arrival but all emails ignored and put right at the back of the complex on the main road and felt unsafe especially with children our patio was literally on the footpath See pictures! Another point! Sunbed war central...... absolutely crazy what goes here... beds locked up until 10am! Then a scramble to grab the beds once there gone there gone! People waiting around the pool an hour before to get them sitting on the floor under the umbrella saving them madness! See pictures. would I come back probably not..... the area is also untidy litter everywhere it's a shame really, also 2 lads came up to me while i was walking down the street offering me drugs infont of my son.. but like I said £1300 in school holidays you pay for what you get. One last thing if your a family and your kids are teenagers the pull out bed in the lounge isn't adequate, my 15 yr old son couldn't fit on it also uncomfortable so definitely consider the 2 bedroom apartments i asked to upgrade but all booked up the lady at reception told me she'd been asked 4 times that day by other guests to upgrade to a bigger apartment.

“Interesting”

You get what you pay for. There are 240 rooms but only 81 sun beds round the pool make that make sense. Pool opens at 10am however you need to be there for 9am queueing to get a bed when they are un-chained. Receptionist are rude and unhelpful, like they really dont want the job. You get what you pay for. There are 240 rooms but only 81 sun beds round the pool make that make sense. Pool opens at 10am however you need to be there for 9am queueing to get a bed when they are un-chained. Receptionist are rude and unhelpful, like they really dont want the job. The pool barman is lovely and always smiling and helpful. There is zero entertainment despite there being an entertainment schedule on the board. Rooms are not cleaned, bedding not changed. Sheets are so old there more yellow than white. Kinfes in kitchen have rust on them so not safe to use and no colander to drain and food cooked in water. To top it off the entire roof of the main building is ripped off and the material just left to blow in the wind.
