Recently spent our fourth holiday at this wonderful hotel. Situated on the outskirts of Caleta De Fuste in a really quiet part of the resort. All the staff from James and his colleagues on reception through to restaurant staff and the bar staff including Willie, Manuel and the rest of the team are really friendly and helpful and always cheerful. The pool area is spacious with plenty of sunbeds available and the pool bar is well stocked. There are some loose floor tiles around the complex but the maintenance team are constantly working making sure issues identified are corrected. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the cleaning staff work tirelessly to keep everything up to standard. We will definitely be looking to return and thank everyone for the hard work.

Myself, partner and 2 year old stayed at the Elba Carlota in June 2026. It was our first time in Fuerteventura and we absolutely loved it. The hotel was way better than we had expected. Sparkling wine available in ice buckets in reception. Reception staff were very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were lovely, very clean and always cleaned to a high standard daily and the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely, the balcony was also very spacious and peaceful. The food was top notch, different themed nights and always something for everyone I couldn't fault it one bit. Breakfast, dinner and tea was perfect and also good selection of snacks at the snack bar. The pools were perfect spent a lot of time in the pools both the adult, jacuzzi and kids pool, they were very clean and we were always able to get sunbeds. The animation team were top notch always available for a chat and very friendly and professional. There was something for adults and kids on a daily basis allday and evening I always joined in the pool aerobics every day. The kids mini disco of an evening was also very good my son loved it and the mascot Pepe. The drinks were also top standard beer was cruz Campo and Heineken and lots of branded spirits. Also the soft drinks were on tap to help yourself was branded too. Location of hotel is great with it being a short distance from the town and also airport and also has a lovely beach just behind the hotel. The grounds were beautiful and a lovely walk. The only downside was that the lobby bar was the only bar open of an evening except on one occasion the pool bar was also open, if they opened the Sinatra bar also it would be better to save the wait for drinks. All in all a fabulous holiday and I would highly recommend and come back again. I would also say it's more like 4.5 star than a 4 😊

I came here for 7 days on my 18th birthday with my boyfriend, had a lovely week but there is a few things that really brought it down. I came here for 7 days on my 18th birthday with my boyfriend, had a lovely week but there is a few things that really brought it down. All of the staff were lovely the entertainment team work very hard with some very good shows in the evening. Room was decent up to standards apart from the shower barley draining had to put down towels to soak it up. Have to pay to use the safe. Mini bar is just an empty fridge We are british and the majority of people staying here are french and all the bar menus are written in french and people are completely rude, it is a very busy hotel as it is july and plenty of people with no manners walking into u with harsh stares and no friendly vibe. The pools are lovely one heated and one non heated. As the same at all hotels everyone reserves their sunbeds in the mornings so its very hard to get one if you dont Pool bar always has a very long line so be prepared to wait. Beaches and sights outisde of the hotel are great very windy as expected. along with escooters to rent for cheap right outside was a great time. Food is not good. The buffet restraunt is very busy and again rude people walking all infront of you and cuttting in. The food in my opinion was not nice or children/picky eater friendly at all. Overall it was an okay stay but defo would not come back. No fault of the staff they were lovely and worked their hardest

This is our second stay at Elba Carlota and we would not come back. The hotel was fabulous last year but this year it has gone down hill. Can’t seem to cope at busy periods, tables left uncleared and difficult to find a table for a family of 3. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy, pool is clean and the entertainment is reasonable. Can’t get a coffee or tea as the machines are down a lot of the time. Myself and my partner don’t drink alcohol and would enjoy coffee but most days unable to get one. Table service can be slow and at times the waiters abrupt. The manager is very rude and dismissive.
