Nice hotel, stayed in room 268 overlloking the pool area. Room very clean and spacious. Stayed all inclusive, drinks both soft and alcoholic where plentiful and good quality. Food was ok, the best being breakfast, with a great choice. Pool area was really spot on, with more than enough sunbeds and even the option on a daybed(this is a huge padded mattress). A really relaxing holiday!

Fantastic hotel but a party of 6 of us arrived with 2 disabled people .On arrival we discovered there was no available toilets on the ground floor due to restaurant being refurbished .We enquired a few times with the receptionist that there must be a toilet on ground floor for people with disability. She said no so we had to go up a lift and a Walt to the pools toilet . On checking out we asked where we could our cases ,the same girl opened the door to the luggage room ,where we seen 2 disability toilets with shower when confronted she said oh they only opened these today .After a full week of us struggling being there .The girl who told us there was non and the older woman on reception needs to Learn manners . I left a pair of jeans and an outfit in 278 and when realised was told they weren't there ? The cleaner said they weren't there there must've been . In itself the staff elsewhere in hotel were great .

Still here - not at all impressed - 2 older people, one in a wheelchair, told by receptionist that unless we provided a debit/credit card she could not continue to check us in - explained we pay cash as we go but she till refused to continue check in - I asked what was the position if I did not ha… more

Still here - not at all impressed - 2 older people, one in a wheelchair, told by receptionist that unless we provided a debit/credit card she could not continue to check us in - explained we pay cash as we go but she till refused to continue check in - I asked what was the position if I did not have a card and she said she would not continue check in so I reluctantly supplied a global money card that has a very small balance for emergencies, she said that the card was required to cover any damage we may cause! - really unimpressed it was 10pm and if I had not produced the card where would we have slept? - Liking Fuerteventura , first visit, not liking this hotel at all - would come back to the resort but not the hotel - it is dated - the "adapted room" only has toilet rails and 1 handrail in the shower - nothing else is adapted, the balcony is inaccessible with the wheelchair and the whole hotel is dated and a bit drab - staff are very hit and miss either really great and helpful or have absolutely no customer service skills at all - nothing in between, sad because the location is lovely, the resort is lovely but the hotel is very definitely not, food is ok, nothing to write home about but if you are a late arrival expect luke warm left overs very disappointing certainly does not live up to the images which must have been taken a long time agao
