The people working at Bahiazul seem to be very proud of what they offer their customers, and we enjoyed that very much. Everything is aimed at making sure the guests have pleasant stay. Accomodation and pool were very clean and both cleaned every other day!

We visited from 21st April for 7 nights in a Royal Villa with a heated pool on half board basis, we found the food tasty and varied and enjoyed the themed evenings (especially the Japanese evening). It was our 1st visit to Bahiazul and definitely not our last. We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy that our villa offered and having the best of both worlds being half board. All the staff we met were always friendly and professional and went out of their way to make our stay special. The villa we had was very well equipped and very spacious, you have two well stocked supermarkets within a five minute stroll and both are very reasonable. If you would like to venture a little further the lovely man on the gate will call you a taxi and miraculously the taxi is there within a few minutes (Corralejo 7-8 Euros each way). Can’t wait to return later in the year 💙💙.

We had a week here over the Easter holidays. We absolutely loved it. Villa very clean and well equipped. Pool was warm enough despite being unheated. Staff all very helpful and super friendly. We arrived late at night so were met by the security guard at the gate and given a lift to our villa in the golf buggy. We saw him a couple of days later and he gave my daughter a little bracelet. She was over the moon. As we arrived late on the Saturday night, we were given a little picnic box containing a sandwich, yoghurt, piece of fruit, bottle of water and a cake. Strangely we only had two boxes, to share between three people. Location is a bit remote, but Lidl and Mercadona right outside the complex. We were half board. Food was typical Spanish buffet. Nothing to get excited about, but served its purpose. Personally I think the allergy info cards could have been better. Pretty much all desserts were labelled as containing peanuts and nuts which I find hard to believe. Other things had no labelling at all, including at least one item which clearly contained nuts. We paid extra for the barbecue on the Friday night. I wouldn’t rush back to that. It wasn’t really worth the extra $10 pp. All in all, we’d love to return although we’d maybe stick to B&B. The only thing we struggled with was our late return flight home. Check out was at 11ish and we weren’t getting picked up until 6.30. There’s no communal pool or places to go in the immediate vicinity. We tried to go to the local restaurants for something to eat but typically they were all closed until 6ish. We did manage to arrange a late check out (€80 to extend until 4pm or €120 to extend until 6). However we couldn’t confirm this until the day before so it felt like we were in limbo.
