Just got back yesterday. This is a lovely hotel in a great location just off the main strip. We were on a bed and breakfast basis so can't comment on lunch and dinner. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The room was lovely with a lovely garden veiw. Pool area was ok , just a shame about the quiet pool being closed for renovations. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything. Personally I would rate this maybe a three star or a three star plus.. (not 4) . Bed was really comfy and plenty of storage space.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a really lovely holiday. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with housekeeping doing a great job throughout our stay. Towels were changed regularly, which we appreciated, and it was also great that pool towels were provided as part of the service. The food was enjoyable, especially the buffet, which always had a good selection and fresh options available. We also really liked the cocktails — they tasted fresh and well made, and it was nice to see branded spirits being used rather than cheaper alternatives. The snack bar was another positive, especially for quick bites during the day. There were just a few areas that could be improved to make the experience better. The downstairs toilets often had an unpleasant smell that you can smell when going to the buffet, and the ice cream selection/quality was disappointing compared to the rest of the food offering. The music around the pool became quite repetitive after a few days as the same songs seemed to play constantly. One of the biggest downsides was the sun beds — by 9am most were already taken, which made it difficult to find a spot later in the morning. This also felt worse because the other pool was closed during part of our stay, meaning all the sun beds were packed much closer together than usual. Despite these issues, we still had a great time and would definitely consider coming back in the future. With a few small improvements, this hotel could easily feel like a 5-star experience.

We stayed as a family with ages from 11 months to 66 years old. The rooms were very spacious even with a cot and buggy in the room. We stayed as a family with ages from 11 months to 66 years old. The rooms were very spacious even with a cot and buggy in the room. The walls are very thin and you can hear every noise from the room next door including the toilet flushing. There was a good variety of food but it would of been nice to have more traditional food. There are some lovely staff working in the restaurant especially Begona who went above and beyond for us and was excellent with our children. The cups, glasses, plates and bowls were always dirty with dried on food stuck on. Drinks were brought over to us at dinner which we didn't order but were charged for, when we questioned this we were told we had to pay. The hotel is not really for children. The sheet on the travel cot was far too short and my son kept pulling it off the mattress. There's no bath only a shower. The children's club is only open for 2 hours a day and only if someone pre books it. The mini disco is about 4 of the same songs, we only had a couple different songs on one night. There's no childrens plates or cutlery or food options. There is a very small playarea, the metal slide gets very hot and is in the sun. On one occasion when the cleaners had been into the room they left pink bleach all over the toilet seat. I went to reception and asked if this could be sorted and they said it would but it wasn't so I cleaned it myself. I asked for clean cups, spoons and glasses but this didn't happen. The toilets in the main area downstairs were very smelly. You could smell them from the reception upstairs. The were a lot of hotel improvements going on during our stay and some facilities were unavailable but there was no alternatives provided. When we checked out our bill was extremely high for a few drinks, some of which we didn't order! We were never told how much drinks were or given any receipts!

I would not rate this a 4 star hotel at all, I think 3 star is generous. I would say it is clean and close to the main area of town, the aqua park & beach so the location is very good. Reception area is lovely, welcome drinks are a really nice touch. We had to call reception for assistance a couple of times and the staff were extremely responsive and efficient. Animation staff were also very friendly, it was difficult for them with very few people around as it is a quiet time of year but they did their best. The room was, bright and spacious but not suitable for a family in my opinion, it would be 100% better if there was a partition between the bedroom & living space. We were told on arrival that one pool was “closed” we were not told it was under construction or there was a large maintenance project in progress. It didn’t help that we were placed in a room overlooking it and the workers were installing some kind of white sheet to the sides using a strong glue substance that had an overpowering smell. Really disappointing. Buffet food was ok, food in Italian was not good and overall not set up for children. The bar service at the entertainment was dreadful and the barman kept going missing for large periods of time as if to avoid serving anyone. I would not advise going all inclusive as everything is behind closed doors, ice cream for children, refills for water & soda, wine at dinner etc. All previous holidays this has been self service for us so having to ask staff for all of these things was inconvenient. Overall we would not return and only recommend to couples looking for a 3 star break.

Stayed at this hotel for a week in April. Definitely wouldn’t rate it as a four star. Food mediocre - stayed all inclusive which was a huge mistake as ended up eating out quite a bit. Room 402 quite shabby- furniture damaged and plaster coming off the wall on the terrace. Bed comfy- did request a topper though. Linen and towels good. Pool area busy as quiet pool closed Found the hotel lacking in atmosphere. Best bit though was the location just off the strip. Wouldn’t recommend sadly.
