Do you know what, there were a few minor issues that cannot be an issue really, there are 2 pools, the quieter pool had to have a little work but if there’s a problem there’s a problem, they need to fix it, they can’t help it, the staff were really efficient in letting people know and apologising for may inconvenience but it can’t be helped, we never went around the family pool, some reported there were a few ‘wars’ but the quieter pool no issues, no getting up stupid o clock to get a bed, got up around 9am and got a bed easily, we stayed half board, breakfast lovely (bacon rubbish) I’m fussy and always something nice, stayed half board and we opted to swap evening meal for lunch (just go reception and get a ticket) always lovely although drinks not included, evening entertainment when we saw was decent, reception staff lovely, very attentive, and bar staff on a night, JOSE AND DOMERO (Think that’s his name, lad with very dark hair and glasses) were absolutely fab! Cannot fault them, always went above and beyond, I like the fact they remember the drinks we had although there is lots of guests, very friendly and polite. I would recommended this hotel, yes, but as an honest review, I have stayed in better 4 star hotels as in rooms. They were clean but others have had smart TV’s which makes it better for the kids and other 4 star hotels have offered pool towel changes everyday and clean glasses etc when glasses have been used as there are no kitchen type facilities to clean yourselves, but very minor when you think about it. Also, very close to the ‘strip’ lots of bars and restaurants near by. Will definitely return in the future and I hope Jose and Domero (if that’s his name) remember us xx

“5 stars all round for everything”

Fuerteventura, H10 ocean suites, Is a fantastic place to stay, clean and tidy throughout, the staff who work tremendously hard can't do enough for you, the meals where good always something for everyone's taste, the entertainment was good we had 3 good evening's there, the location was great 250yards to the main strip, lots to do, 2 large pools one is for the kids with lots to do for them, the other is where we went more relaxing mainly adults,rooms where ample lovely and clean with a nice balcony, lovely atmosphere all round, very highly recommended this hotel to anyone who wants a great location and a nice relaxing holiday, plus I would like to thank all the staff at H10 Ocean Suites for their hard work professionalism and dedication to their job, 5***** goes to them.

“We had a good holiday but wouldnt recommend”

Currently here and its not the greatest hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff are not friendly, there is only ever one member of staff at each bar which means service is so slow. Check in was slow considering we were the only ones checking in! Some ridiculous rules, i.e the pool bar, you can't be wet!… more

Currently here and its not the greatest hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff are not friendly, there is only ever one member of staff at each bar which means service is so slow. Check in was slow considering we were the only ones checking in! Some ridiculous rules, i.e the pool bar, you can't be wet!!its a bar around the pool!! Lifeguards are hit and miss with their rules too. There is limited entertainment for the children, an animation team but this is more around adults and only the full on kids club for children which older children dont want, they want planned structured games. Food is nice but repetitive. The grounds are left un tidy, cups are left around whilst I accept that this is guests, considering the pool bar shuts at 5.30, a quick sweep around the pool for cups would mean that they arent there all night and all day! Stayed in much better hotels and would not be recommending this one.
