A wonderful 7 night stay at H10 Suites. Family of 4 including 2 children aged 7 & 11. We did our research H10 looked to be the most accommodating for families. We had a late check in & was still very welcoming & offered us welcome drinks. After watching a YouTube video, we were worried about having a ground floor room due to having less privacy, however this was not the case and we actually really liked the room & the freedom the kids had to run outside to the pool. Not the biggest rooms, but the layout works & the bathroom is a good family size. Room keys are in your bracelet and you can also use the bracelet to add drinks to your ‘end of stay’ bill if you are bed & breakfast which was great as we didn’t have to think about carrying cash around the pool or misplacing the key! Also, housekeeping is every day which was amazing! Fresh towels and fresh beds really adds to your holiday! Breakfast is a good standard buffet breakfast with lots of options. The choice to sit inside or out was nice. We were based at the main pool with the kids slides. We could always find a bed but people do reserve them with towels very early on which I’ve never agreed with! Pool was warm, I do believe it is slightly heated. We didn’t use the other pool, but it was much quieter for those who want peace away from kids! Afternoon swims were a winner as it seemed to be quieter after 3/4pm. Also, there is a lifeguard every day. Staff were really welcoming and friendly. The entertainment team are great and put on a foam party in the pool for the kids whilst we were there. Rooftop bar was beautiful & a lovely touch to the hotel. The alcohol measurements are very generous!! The resort was great for us. The hotel was approximately 10 minutes to the beach and is a nice easy walk. Lots of shops & everything you need. We would definitely stay here again and would like to thank H10 for a brilliant first holiday in Correlejo!

“Birthday Week”

Travelled on a Jet2 package last week of March for sons birthday. We had 2 suites , one pool view for sole use which had a great view not that our son used the balcony! We were on the ground floor on the end and were going to upgrade to a pool view room until we saw how close we were to the pool. We were room 215, didn't get much sun till later and the ground floor terraces are open so not very private but due to the time of the year and not being very warm first and last thing we didn't really use so ok by us. We were also by the cat hotel which was fine by me as I am a cat owner. I was very impressed that the hotel are helping the local strays and they were fed and watered every day. They are not friendly cats so they won't bother you if anyone is worried. More hotels should do what the H10 are doing so thank you. Room, spotlessly clean and large. The cleaners were like ninjas, in and out usually while at breakfast and were great. We had asked for a mattress topper as had heard the beds were hard and they were on the bed. The bed was huge, linens were lovely and I have to say it was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a long time. Pool areas and gardens were very nice, everywhere was clean, and no issue getting beds. We were half board and sometimes signed up for lunch , we found a good variety of food which we enjoyed. We didn't have an issue with cold food. We really liked the terrace for a drink before our evening meal or our last drink before we retired as we enjoyed the comfy sofas outside looking out on the pretty gardens. The measure of drinks is very generous, lol! We didn't watch any entertainment as we go to Corralejo for the live music in the various bars/music square so can't comment. We loved the wrist bands that opened the room door and we could also tap to pay for drinks, made life so easy (no struggle looking for key or card in a bag or carrying money!) The hotel also provided a nice bottle of cava/card and chocolates for my Sons birthday, which was much appreciated. Everyone at the hotel is extremely friendly, always said hello and all staff are a credit to the hotel. If I had one moan it would be that we arrived late and had a late flight on return. The receptionist said we could go to the buffet if we were quick but it was closing (when we arrived) and we were worried that it would be past its best as near closing, so we had already decided we would go out for tapas (it was late and so didn't want a big meal) so I asked if we could have lunch on the day we were due to leave and was told no. I think this is a bit mean as we are still your guests and we didn't get any food on the day we arrived so that should of been put to the last day. We were not getting picked up until after 3pm and bear in mind we would still be paying for drinks.... Its like when you go AI I always think you should be able to use that AI up till you leave the hotel. This aside I wouldn't hesitate to use a H10 again , we have done Corralejo the last 2 years so may go to another Canary Island next time but would look at the H10s. Weather was mixed, don't forget to take something warm for an evening!

“Great Holiday!”

Great hotel! Had a lovely week here. The hotel is very clean, spacious rooms, a good variety of food and friendly staff. Location is perfect, close to the shops, beach and restaurant.
