We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a really lovely holiday. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with housekeeping doing a great job throughout our stay. Towels were changed regularly, which we appreciated, and it was also great that pool towels were provided as part of the service. The food was enjoyable, especially the buffet, which always had a good selection and fresh options available. We also really liked the cocktails — they tasted fresh and well made, and it was nice to see branded spirits being used rather than cheaper alternatives. The snack bar was another positive, especially for quick bites during the day. There were just a few areas that could be improved to make the experience better. The downstairs toilets often had an unpleasant smell that you can smell when going to the buffet, and the ice cream selection/quality was disappointing compared to the rest of the food offering. The music around the pool became quite repetitive after a few days as the same songs seemed to play constantly. One of the biggest downsides was the sun beds — by 9am most were already taken, which made it difficult to find a spot later in the morning. This also felt worse because the other pool was closed during part of our stay, meaning all the sun beds were packed much closer together than usual. Despite these issues, we still had a great time and would definitely consider coming back in the future. With a few small improvements, this hotel could easily feel like a 5-star experience.

“Disappointing”

Stayed at this hotel for a week in April. Definitely wouldn’t rate it as a four star. Food mediocre - stayed all inclusive which was a huge mistake as ended up eating out quite a bit. Room 402 quite shabby- furniture damaged and plaster coming off the wall on the terrace. Bed comfy- did request… more

Stayed at this hotel for a week in April. Definitely wouldn’t rate it as a four star. Food mediocre - stayed all inclusive which was a huge mistake as ended up eating out quite a bit. Room 402 quite shabby- furniture damaged and plaster coming off the wall on the terrace. Bed comfy- did request a topper though. Linen and towels good. Pool area busy as quiet pool closed Found the hotel lacking in atmosphere. Best bit though was the location just off the strip. Wouldn’t recommend sadly.

“Management! Chill out!”

If you smoke or vape (no preaching please) don't book this hotel. There is no smoking on balconies or around the pool which is fair enough. I am always considerate of not smoking near non-smokers. If you smoke or vape (no preaching please) don't book this hotel. There is no smoking on balconies or around the pool which is fair enough. I am always considerate of not smoking near non-smokers. There is decking at the back of reception for smoking and a small bar which is never open, and also, can smoke in front of hotel. There are tables at the pool (I was told 4 by one bar person and 2 by another) bar for smokers but non-smokers took place there all day! I was flatly refused an ashtray by one bar person...there is only one ashtray between the 4 or two tables. This area is directly opposite the Kids Club....not very good planning there! Onto the hotel-both me and my husband dispute its 4* rating. I would give it 3 and hubby 2!!! Most 4* have a spa and the hotel just didn't do it for me. However, the restaurant food is AMAZING! Well done to the chefs, serving staff etc. Only quibble would be that where the potatoes, chips etc are, could be a bit hotter. I've eaten cold food virtually all week. The rooms are spacious and clean and linen changed daily if needed. Showers good and don't bother fetching your smellies as there is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as handwash and body lotion. Lots of storage space...we were is room 234 with a part pool view but it was a bit of a hike to reception/restaurant with my twisted knee! The pool-a tad cold but would imaging in the height of Summer, would be pleasant. Sunbeds are really close together and there are no tables. Bit of a scramble for beds on a morning even though it was May. Towels are supplied at 10e each for the week I think but we like to take our own. Always saw maintenance men around the hotel but one or two things that I spotted didn't get fixed like the wobbly hand bars for unsteady people, the wobbly steps into pool (every hotel has them!),peeling paint side of pool...little things but if you want 4* they have to be fixed. Also, if the cleaner is mopping the red tile paths, be careful-I went flying but managed to regain my balance. The area the hotel is in is ok-short walk to designer shops like Mango etc. I found the main road a bit Blackpooley lower down. We walked one night and got taxi (5e) another to the very Spanish part-the music square where they have great live bands on and lots of bars and restaurants. Very popular area. If you walk through you come to another street with restaurants and bars and more live entertainment. Loved it there. All in all, this is the second H10 I've stayed in the first being in Estopona. I would stay in the Estopona one again but not this one unfortunately.

“Second visit - not as good as first time”

Writing this whilst here as cloudy so in room relaxing. Stayed here four years ago so decided to return on a last minute holiday, stayed at many hotels in Corralejo including dreams across the road. Booked with Jet 2 and saw a pool was closed for refurbishment, I emailed hotel prior to booking and a lovely man called Glenn assured me there was no issue with sunbeds so we booked. On arrival at 1pm after a 4am start was told couldn’t get into room until 3pm. Went to have lunch and a walk around. Went back at 3pm, room still not done and several others were not happy as were waiting too. When got room was as remembered, bright and airy with many drawers for storage etc. Positives: lovely large room ground floor as requested. Hotel clean and well kept, staff friendly and plentiful. Food that we had was fresh. Drinks were branded with bottles of Coke not mixers. Rooms made up every morning. Negatives - whilst we could get a sunbed as long as went out early, very packed in together. Bathroom smelt badly of urine. Shower glass door squeaks badly on opening and closing. Had ants on sinks, told reception. Room we are in - 205 has an interconnected door which is a thin wooden door and we can hear the room next door so badly, had all unpacked so didn’t say anything as was just glad to get in room on Saturday after the wait and long journey. Breakfast best meal, lunch nice salads but no cold meats, only at breakfast, had tuna or mackerel most days. Not best quality meat on offer, a lot of fish and meat in sauces. Watched the Africa show last night as had a hotel night, was really poor, also finished at 10pm and nothing else on to see or do. Had lunch at closed pool snack bar once, chicken wraps were popcorn breaded and no real chicken so didn’t go again. Will come to corralejo for a week in the sun again I’m sure but may try H10 Dunas as adults only so may be better next time!
