“Honest review - can’t complain.”

I was a little worried about our stay as there’s been a lot of mixed reviews, my only advice would be take them with a pick of salt. Currently here on a week all inclusive with my wife and teenage daughters. We’ve been to a lot of all inclusive hotels and this one is just lovely. The place is clean, staff are friendly and theres plenty going on. Food is nice, although a little repetitive (as seems to be the case with a lot of all inclusive places). As we’re not emblem the beer isn’t included at the hotel bar, but it is at the restaurant and snack bar. There’s also a surcharge on a few of the cocktails, although some are included. If you’re a big drinker I’d book emblem, doesn’t bother us too much though as we don’t drink a lot. We’ve not visited the Italian yet so we can’t comment on that.

Just returned as a family of 3 staying AI in the family suites. Fantastic newly designed hotel, finishing touches are lovely and rooms a great size. Very clean in all areas and friendly staff, special mention to Allisson who mostly served in the bar area by the smaller pool who was lovely, always smiling and friendly and worked really hard. Al drinks were extremely good, best we’ve had at an AI hotel, no pre mixed cocktails and good branded alcohol. Self serve fizzy drinks, water, beer, wine at lunchtime, there is a bar in lunch area too for cocktails etc. Breakfast and lunch were okay, very repetitive and quite often cold with not much labelling so beware staying here if you have allergies. We ate out every evening as there are loads of restaurants/bars in the town and cheap too! Pools opened at 10am and you could always get a sunbed by smaller pool which we preferred, had good music playing in the background and it got really busy by the big pool with a large queue for 10am opening so can imagine people rushing for sunbeds during school holiday time. Overall we had a great stay but we’ve stayed in better AI’s for a lot less money so wouldn’t be somewhere we’d return but recommend the hotel as it is stunning.

“Starting to show cracks”

At first we thought this hotel was great but the cracks are starting to show. We’re currently here on a Half Board basis. 5 days in and not once has someone in the buffet restaurant asked if we would like a drink with dinner. At first we thought this hotel was great but the cracks are starting to show. We’re currently here on a Half Board basis. 5 days in and not once has someone in the buffet restaurant asked if we would like a drink with dinner. There are plenty of self serve areas and signs placed next to the wine and the beer for those on All Inclusive. This evening there is an influx of extra staff in the restaurant. High season has kicked in but turns out the Italian is closed so the staff are in the buffet. I have stayed at many hotels and as a travel professional in the UK I am appalled with what happened tonight in the main dining room. Most hotels with dinner give you water and juice included but here you get nothing. The juice station is placed nowhere near a sign so we have helped ourselves every evening and it’s taken until Day 5 for a manager to come up to us, rudely and say we get nothing included not even water and waved a credit card machine in front of me. The way this was done caused upset to my daughter and when I asked her to leave as she had made her cry so continued to make things worse. If you upset a child you’ve overstepped the mark. If you’re here on All Inclusive then great. You get free rein. Half board you don’t even get a sip of water unless you pay for it, not like any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Maybe you need to say at check in, it needs to be advised through the tour operators who sell this hotel as it’s not mentioned with either Jet2 or TUI. This could have been handled way better. We’re happy to buy a drink with dinner. Just have someone going round offering it in the first place. What was want to be a great first family holiday and birthday week has not ended how the week started out so well.

This hotel is lovely and clean and very friendly.We went to the Adults pools which was a great atmosphere and the bar guy kept the drinks coming.The rooms are a good size but the cleaner was hit and miss just the beds was made on some days no cleaning was done The drinks quality was good The big problem for us was the food no labels so you was guessing what you was eating if you did eat it due to it been very cold After 3 days of cold food we went to the restaurants outside the hotel The question would we go back if the got the food problem sorted out we would I have been reading the reviews of this hotel for months after we booked it and there was quite a few regarding food issues I am writing this review today and nothing has changed so unless there is some changes you will loose a lot of customers which is ashame because it's a lovely hotel
