On arrival the reception was inviting. Andrea was very helpful in advising us where to visit. All staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Noel the barman and Shameema the waitress, who were ultra efficient. Our rooms were cleaned every 2 days and the cleanliness overall as of a high standard. There was a wide array of tasty food at every meal time to suit every diet and taste. We were especially surprised at the range of delicious gluten free options and even San Miguel available. Wine on the evening not as good quality as daytime, would be my only complaint. Would definitely recommend for anyone requiring a good value hotel on a budget.

“Fabulous stay with Bluesea Aloe!”

We travelled as a family of three and were warmly greeted by Antonio on arrival. He was fantastic, really welcoming, attentive, and made a great first impression. We were kindly upgraded to a more spacious room, which turned out to be a large apartment. It had a sofa bed in the lounge and two single beds pushed together in the bedroom. The living area included a fridge, dining table and chairs, along with a large TV. We were on the ground floor and had a small patio with an outdoor table and chairs, which was a nice bonus. The bathroom was also very spacious. The only downside was that the shower could do with some attention, as it was slightly mouldy, but aside from that, everything else was clean and well maintained. There were more than enough sun loungers available. When I originally booked, I had seen reviews mentioning a shortage, but since Bluesea have taken over the hotel, this seems to have been resolved. The pool area is great for children, with multiple pools, including one with slides and a splash pad. There were a few daytime activities available. We didn’t see much of the evening entertainment as we often headed into Music Square in town, but one evening we stayed for the circus show, which was outstanding. The hotel is around a 30-minute walk from town, which suited us fine. We also used the hotel’s taxi service a few times, which costs €5. The driver they use was lovely, and we never waited more than five minutes for him to arrive. The food was what you’d typically expect from an all-inclusive. I particularly enjoyed the variety of salads and desserts. There was also a good selection of drinks, including a cocktail of the day. The cocktails could be a little strong at times, so we ended up mixing ours with Fanta Lemon, which worked well! For excursions, we booked Oasis Wildlife Park online, which offers a bus pick-up directly from the hotel. We also visited Acua Waterpark, which is about a 20-minute walk away. Both were great fun and well worth doing as a family. One thing we did regret was not hiring a car to explore more of the beaches! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay here the food was very good and the room was ok. It’s a little away from shops or the beach if you like to walk around. Staff very pleasant and helpful and the kids enjoyed the kids club. The only thing that let it down for us was a couple staying here were arguing and swearing everyday and causing problems for other holiday makers and the hotel only called the police on there last night in my opinion they should have sorted it out sooner especially as there were children around having to witness it. We all slept well with no noise problems and the rooms were very clean

“We got what we paid for”

Stayed 7 nights and we got what we paid for,a 3 star rating hotel. Staff were great and helpful and the hotel spa was great and really helped my back.The room definitely needs an upgrade and looks tired………. Reception is in need of improvement because that’s what you first see coming off the bus.
