We really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms are very spacious and the team is very friendly and available to help. The breakfast is delicious and definitely worth it. I recommend the treatments in the spa, I had a massage with Carla that was excellent, she was very caring and dedicated, however if you want to access the spa pools and wellness areas you need to pay €15. The only thing I would improve about the stay is the room cleaning as it was too surface and some areas needed a deeper clean as they were dusty or slightly dirty. I would also upgrade the pillows as they were not the most comfortable. We also enjoyed the swimming pools in this hotel but wish they could regulate the temperature as they were quite cold and sometimes in April the temperature is not the warmest. Overall we recommend this hotel because of the staff friendliness, the space, the breakfast, the location and facilities. Well worth the money.

“Great quiet family holiday”

We had a lovely holiday here. We had a 1-bed apartment which was spacious, with a terrace onto the pool area and a small kitchen. The spa was small but very nice and relaxing. Our 6yo loved the evening entertainment including kids mini disco, bingo, quiz, and live music. The pools were all freezing! Colder than the sea. Definitely worth packing a rash vest for little kids to keep them warm. The buffet food was great. All the staff were very friendly. We were within walking distance to beautiful beaches, and la campanario shopping centre which has markets and nice restaurants. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

We have just returned from a 10 night stay and booked all-inclusive plus and overall had a lovely holiday. We stayed in the Zensation building and found both positives and negatives of this hotel. We have travelled across the world and stayed in a variety of settings, we are not the type of people to complain about little things but I do think there were a few occasions when we were disappointed during our stay. Positives: 1. Spacious rooms and the hotel is clean and well maintained, although our room could have been a little cleaner (floors, dust and general wear and tear). 2. Food was very good, lots to choose from, replenished regularly and we enjoyed it. 3. The rooftop pool was excellent and we always sunbathed there. The pool was a little cooler due to it being April but we still made use of it. The snacks up there were great and were a nice alternative to eating a full buffet lunch. 4. The key on your wristband was really useful (although we couldn’t understand why we had to scan it every time we ate a meal or ordered a drink when we were all inclusive plus). 5. Peaceful, low noise on an evening and a friendly atmosphere. 6. The robe and slippers in our room was a bit of luxury. 7. The spa itself was nice and the massage was brilliant, worth every penny. 8. Location, 15 minute walk to shops/ beach/cafes. 9. Staff were hard working, polite and friendly. *We recommend paying to go to Lobos island for the day - we booked through GetYourGuide. Negatives: 1. We were lucky with hot weather while we were there but on the last day when it rained we realised that during the winter months if the weather isn’t good, you’re very limited in where you can go in the hotel to relax. Also, the main pool had no sun loungers left by 9am, if we didn’t have rooftop access we would have struggled to sunbathe/relax. 2. Without going into the whole situation, please make sure if your booking includes a one-time free spa entry that hotel reception give you the card you need to take with you. Would have saved us a lot of back and forth and missing time during our entry slot. 3. The main restaurant breakfast was extremely noisy and busy. I found it difficult to sit in there - it was mainly the staff crashing about with plates, cutlery and chairs. The smaller Zensation restaurant was open for a breakfast buffet and was much quieter but was closed on several mornings. 4. Unlike other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, on an evening the only alcohol available at dinner was house wines/beer from a tap or water. No mimosa’s with breakfast either! 5. On several evenings the bars shut as early as 11:20pm with nowhere else to get a drink - not what I would expect at an all-inclusive hotel that advertises that they are open until midnight. It also stated they were open (on their app) but they were all closed and in darkness. 6. The fridge was stocked with a few drinks including bottled water on arrival, I would expect water to be replenished at the least but it wasn’t. We went to the shops to buy bottled water which I personally think is the bare minimum at an all-inclusive 4 star hotel. 7. Entertainment on an evening was very hit and miss, but this could be because it was out of (summer) season. Overall we had a good holiday and the positives outweighed the negatives/suggestions!

I think this hotel is better suited just for adults. Food is very good staff are very friendly great location in a quiet area but 5/10 minutes walk to beach and town.
