“Lack of child friendly food”

check in was bad waited several hours and luggage was not left in a locked safe place, Room we were given was really noisy backing on to next door hotel kitchens & delivery area from 6am till midnight..couldn't change as full !!! food was average the in evening, nothing labelled at all , no goo… more
