This was our 3rd visit to Baobab suites in costa adeje and we would NOT go anywhere else now. The apartment was wonderful and the staff from the room attendants to the reception were first class. The location is great at the top of the hill with amazing views and plenty to do if you want to venture out, although we love the apartment so much we just chill and cook great food. There are supermarkets at the bottom of the hill towards the town which have everything you need. We have booked again in November and cant wait to return.Alain in reception is first class.

Wonderful hotel… just spent a week here with our 12 year old daughter in a Serenity Lago Suite with Whirlpool booked through Jet2 - the space in the rooms and the service from every member of staff we encountered really set this place apart. Great location - 5 mins walk down hill to some beautiful restaurants and really easy to get taxis back up the hill if you don’t want to walk back uphill. Couple of shops close by too to get everything you need if you want to just use the facilities in the room. The pool areas are lovely and quiet and a great place to relax and the on-site restaurant is very high quality. 2 more things - the views are fantastic no matter what room you’re in… and the breakfast is as good as anything we’ve had across any 5 star hotel… the À la Carte breakfast in BBs (just amazing!), the Breakfast boxes you can have delivered to your room via WhatsApp or the buffet - all first class… Loved our week here… will definitely return

Having previously stayed several times at the exceptional Royal Hideaway Corales in La Caleta, we arrived at Baobab Suites with genuinely high expectations and real curiosity about how the experience would compare. Within a very short time, any doubts disappeared. The suites are beautiful, spacious, luxurious and incredibly relaxing, but what truly makes this resort special is the people. One thing that became immediately obvious throughout our stay was that the staff genuinely seemed proud to work there. There was a warmth, consistency and professionalism that simply cannot be faked. Every interaction felt kind, sincere and effortless. Larun, who clearly has a wonderful leadership presence, was exceptional throughout our stay. Calm, capable, warm and always in control without ever making guests feel uncomfortable or managed. She was supported brilliantly by David, Alin, Dina, Alejandro and Ugo, all of whom somehow managed to remain endlessly helpful, cheerful and welcoming every single day. We never actually used the buffet breakfast because the à la carte breakfast was so unbelievably good that we became completely addicted to it. Every single morning for over 10 days it was sensational — genuinely the best hotel à la carte breakfast experience we have ever had anywhere. Maria, who we believe was leading much of the kitchen operation, deserves enormous praise because the consistency and quality were extraordinary every single day. Equally, Liliana and Virginia made every breakfast feel warm, relaxed and personal with their kindness, attentiveness and genuine smiles each morning. On the second day, a bathroom cabinet unexpectedly collapsed directly in front of me during the afternoon. It was honestly quite frightening at the time and could easily have caused a serious injury, although thankfully it did not. What happened afterwards told us everything we needed to know about Baobab Suites. The response from management and staff was immediate, compassionate, professional and genuinely caring. There was no defensiveness, no excuses and no attempt to minimise what had happened. Instead, they handled the situation with grace and generosity from beginning to end. They moved us immediately into an even more beautiful suite next door with a huge terrace and an enormous hot tub, and throughout the rest of our stay they continuously checked on us and made us feel looked after. What also stayed with us was the extraordinary flexibility and kindness they showed for the remainder of our holiday. We were offered a wonderfully relaxed late checkout without pressure or rigid limitations, which transformed our final day and removed all stress from our departure. Of course hotels cannot always offer that level of flexibility because incoming guests and occupancy must come first, which made the gesture feel even more generous and appreciated. Luxury hospitality is not about pretending problems never happen. It is about how people respond when something unexpected occurs. Baobab Suites handled everything with a level of professionalism, humanity and genuine care that deserves enormous praise. We appreciated everybody there more than they probably realise. In fact, we appreciated it so much that we are already returning later this year with friends and booking four suites between us. That probably says everything. Thank you again to the entire Baobab Suites team for turning what could have been a stressful experience into one that actually strengthened our opinion of the resort and the people behind it. We cannot wait to return.
