What a lovely hotel! We have been to other hotels in Adeje/La Caleta and this is one of the best all round hotels and we will be back. Clean, modern, well equipped suites, big terraces and the pool is brilliant at the suite. Super helpful staff who have gone out their way to make the holiday special for us. Shout out to Altea, Nathan, Dina, Liliana and Fabio for going above and beyond in their customer service whether it’s queries to reception, help from guest relations or the waiting service and chef at the à la carte breakfast where we celebrated a special occasion. For me, it’s this that sets beautiful Baobab apart from competitor 5* hotels. We are loving every minute of our stay and will be sad to say goodbye on Friday.

​After falling in love with Baobab Suites during a trip with my husband and son in April, we decided to return this July—this time bringing my parents and niece along. It proved once again why it’s our favorite place to stay. ​The hotel is absolutely immaculate. Having a spacious suite with a huge balcony gives you the best of both worlds, especially if you prefer a night in to cook your own dinner. I strongly suggest booking a sea view suite; watching the sunrise over the mountains each morning is simply spectacular! ​Breakfast here is a real treat with three amazing choices: a grand buffet, a delicious and relaxed à la carte experience at the BB Lounge, or breakfast boxes delivered to your room. Having a quiet, slow-paced morning enjoying a breakfast box on our balcony was a highlight of our stay. ​What truly elevates this hotel to five-star status, however, is the staff. First, a special shout-out to Gilbert, who helped me arrange a last-minute booking for my family and made sure our suites were right near each other. ​Above all, our heartfelt thanks go to Altea, the Guest Relations Manager, and Gerardo. Their extraordinary care made our trip. When my dad needed help, they provided a wheelchair, and when my mum unfortunately had a fall outside the hotel, they immediately called an ambulance, stayed with us until it arrived, and checked in on her every single day to ensure she was okay. That level of empathy and outstanding customer service is rare to find. ​Situated in a peaceful spot in Costa Adeje, it’s still just a easy 10 to 15-minute walk to El Duque Beach, Playa Fañabé, and local bars and restaurants. We couldn't recommend it more highly and are already planning our next visit!😊 The Peberdy/Buchanan family

The location was brilliant because of the beautiful views, atmosphere in the hotel was very friendly and very helpful, rooms were very spacious and modern and are cleaned and tidied every day, well worth the price, no noise at night or through the day due to the location and the hotel layout and design, service from all members of staff was first class and went above and beyond just to help you, there are plenty of amenities for all ages I would recommend this hotel to everyone i know The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning We enjoyed our holiday so much our 16 year old son doesn't want to go to any other hotel for his holiday except the Baobab suites we were truly spoiled on this holiday.😎👍

We have just returned from a two-week stay at Baobab Suites, and overall we had a really enjoyable holiday. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, and our suite was absolutely fantastic with incredible views over the whole of Costa Adeje. The underground car park was also a big plus, and the breakfast was excellent every morning with plenty of choice. That said, there were a few things that stopped this being a 5-star experience. The Wi-Fi was very poor and constantly dropped out, which became frustrating over a two-week stay. The lifts are also painfully slow and often involve a long wait. The sunbed policy needs to be enforced properly. Guests were leaving towels on beds for hours without using them, making it difficult for others to find somewhere to sit. The advertised WhatsApp service wasn't as useful as expected. Most enquiries were simply redirected to reception, so it didn't really offer any added convenience. Housekeeping was generally good, but our room wasn't cleaned on the first day, which seemed unusual, and there were occasions when toilet rolls weren't replaced. One thing that concerned me was that there appeared to be only one lifeguard covering both the second and third floor pools, constantly moving between them. That doesn't seem ideal from a safety point of view. The tea served at breakfast was often only lukewarm rather than hot, and there were several occasions when there weren't enough clean pool towels available to exchange. We also thought €100 for a five-hour late check-out was excessive. While we appreciated the option being available, the price felt very steep. The complimentary taxi service to the nearest beach is a nice touch, although it's only available between 9am and 5pm and only serves that one destination. Overall, despite the issues, we had a wonderful holiday. The stunning suites, fantastic views, excellent breakfast, cleanliness and friendly staff outweigh the negatives. With a few improvements to the areas mentioned above, this could easily become a five-star experience.
