We booked this hotel following calling in for a drink last year. We really liked the look of the hotel and we were not disappointed. The hotel is well appointed and public areas are beautifully luxurious and everywhere is super clean. Hotel bedrooms are large and well furnished and there are lots of nice touches like chocolates and plenty of tea and coffee as well as daily bottled water. The pool area is excellent with plenty of comfy sun beds with complimentary towelling covers and personal towels. We stayed on a B and B arrangement and the choice of food at breakfast was great quality and variety. We also had 2 dinners in the hotel including 1 in the à la carte restaurant.. Both were of great quality and variety. All in all this was a great holiday at this hotel. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always greeted guests with a warm smile, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes available every day. There was something for every taste, and the quality of the meals exceeded our expectations. The desserts were especially impressive—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. They were definitely one of the highlights of our dining experience. Another great advantage was the free parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The spa area was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. I especially appreciated the dry sauna and steam sauna, as well as the ice feature for sauna enthusiasts, which added a special touch to the wellness experience. The swimming pool was very spacious, providing plenty of room for both relaxation and swimming. It was well maintained and contributed greatly to the enjoyable atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding service, excellent facilities, excellent food, and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend it and would definitely return in the future.

This was our 3rd visit in the last 12 months to Costa Adeje. We first stayed at Dreams Jardin Tropical Resort & Spa in June 2025 and then GF Gran in November 2025 before choosing Jardines de Nivaria. We have thoroughly enjoyed all three. Jardines de Nivaria is spacious and beautifully decorated. There are plenty of sunbeds. You can reserve but not until after 11 a.m. We have been to hotels where they threaten to remove towels if beds are reserved and this is the first hotel where they live up to their rules about reserving beds and did remove from beds next to us. You are offered 2 massive towels which you can change as often as you like. The sunbeds are very comfortable. The large pool is heated and there is a separate longer and smaller pool which is not heated with a waterfall. There is a jacuzzi but I must admit the jets are a little severe but you can sit away from these. We did not try the Spa offered. We went bed and breakfast as we like to go to different restaurants. Quality was excellent and plenty to choose from. Waiter/waitress service with tea and coffe and they clear your plates without delay between courses. The rooms and bedroom are spacious. We had a garden room and they all come with their own sun loungers (ours had the sun at 4 pm onwards (Masca building Room 106) and we had a side sea view which was nice but we were looking at another hotel wall. The room service was excellent. In our bathroom we also had a bath as well as the shower, body lotion, shampool, conditioner and shower/shampoo gel all provided. Fluffy large white dressing gowns and slippers in the bathroom. Tea and coffee replenished every day with a chocolate on each side of the bed. The bed is huge (2 large singles attached together). My hubby sometimes sits up during the night to sleep and the bed kept moving away from the wall attached headboard. They are on wheels which obviously the cleaning lady had not locked but that was soon rectified. I contacted Reception and they sent someone immediately - excellent service We did try to get on the App but were unable to see anything regarding entertainment. Would have been good to see something posted in the hotel so that you knew what was going to be on that night. We caught a couple of acts on our way back at night which sadly were not well supported but were excellent. We ate lunch in the pool bar which was always excellent. It was nice that there was no noisy aqua aerobics but apart from a fashion show one day (and the lady set up rails to see her very nice and reasonably priced dresses) there was nothing going on during the day. At Dreams a couple of the days we were there they had a violinist on the bridge over the pool and also an electronic violinist walking around the sunbeds which was very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would HIGHLY recommend it. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful always with a smile.

“Gorgeous hotel, although food is not great”

The hotel itself is beautiful. Immaculately kept gardens and pool area. Plenty of sunbeds, all with parasols and comfortable padding. The pool is actually heated, which is lovely. The rooms are large and well kept. Husband and I were in a sea view junior suite and our sons were in a garden view room, both had baths in the bathrooms and separate showers. There are no ‘hotel bits’ such as shower caps, sewing kits, vanity kits etc in the rooms. A real shame and not what I would expect from a five star hotel. The shower gel and hand soap etc are all in dispensers attached to the walls, which felt very ‘travelodge’. There is a small fridge in the rooms and fresh bottled water supplied daily. You can use your Netflix etc on the tv, which was handy. The hotel is very near the beach and strip, a gate at the bottom of the hotel opens onto the strip, so plenty of bars etc on hand nearby. There is a market within eight minutes walk on Thursday and Saturday if that’s your thing. There’s fancy shopping available at Plaza Del Duque five mins walk away also if real designer shopping is more your thing. Tbh the market is not great, all the stalls sell almost identical stuff, and the prices are not that cheap., though the quality of the items is. The food - breakfast was ok. I cannot understand all the rave reviews about the breakfast- and this is one of the things that made us book this hotel. The choices are limited, and the quality was 6/7 out of 10 at most. A lot of it was cold. The food by the pool was also not great. I would not recommend eating here. We didn’t have any dinner here so cannot comment on that, but judging by the breakfast (which was serviceable at best) we’re glad we didn’t book full board. However, the staff are all amazing. The hotel though is stunning, so as long as you’re not expecting fabulous food, you’re in for a treat.
