I have just returned from a 6 day break at this hotel. As a single parent with two young children I couldn’t recommend this place more! My two children loved it. We went half board, and it was perfect! Such a good varied selection of food every night, I wish I had gone all inclusive! Staff were all attentive and great! I felt safe, my children were happy all the pools are perfect for small children! The room was small but ideal for us, cleaned everyday to a high standard and the cleaners were all friendly. Looking to book again though it’s to expensive for us this summer holiday! Will most definitely return in the future.

Great location and facilities. Initially given room on 1st floor, which, although of same standard as others i was not comfortable or happy in. Great location and facilities. Initially given room on 1st floor, which, although of same standard as others i was not comfortable or happy in. Shower was hot and cold and balcony in shade all afternoon. Spoke to reception, who were exceptiinal. They managed to find a room on higher floor and let me look at it, it didnt feel right so they looked again. This totally met my requirements and i almost cried with relief. Had a wonderful holiday which totally relaxed me thanks to those wonderful staff.

Had a fabulous stay here during May half term travelling as a family of 4 plus the grandparents on all inclusive basis. We found the hotel itself excellent, especially the location and the children’s facilities. We had an interconnecting room for us and the children on the first floor (level 1) which worked very well, having their own bathroom and beds (and TV!) The grandparents were on 9th floor in a prestige room. Our room was spacious, perhaps a little basic but had a safe, hairdryer, air con, plenty of storage. You can hire a kettle for €20 from reception and we brought our own mugs, tea and coffee from home. The shower was lovely, just be careful of the inconsistency temperature - sometimes very hot, then suddenly very cold. Beds very comfy and we all slept well. The facilities are amazing, especially for the children. 4 pools to choose from! Main pool was a little chilly but perfect for the very hot days at had. Middle pool is warmer but gets busy, then there’s the baby pool with mini slides which was very pleasant and then the fantastic big slides at the back by the star camp (kids club). This was a big hit with both my children, so much so we didn’t bother going to nearby Aqualand as we’d planned!! You can hire towels for €20 each - pay at reception then swap the slip at the pool for the towels. You can exchange towels as many times as you want. Return on checkout at reception. There’s also a games room which you need coins for and you collect tickets to purchase toys from the dispensing machines. The prizes aren’t that great really but it’s a novelty. Evening entertainment was very good. Kids disco every evening 8.30-9pm on level -1 in bar lanzarote. Doors open at 8pm so if you want good front row seats you need to be there for then! Main show then starts at 9.30pm for about an hour. There’s also live music in the lobby bar. Star camp was very good, my daughter loved making friends and interacting with the staff. There was a kids party one evening where they did some painting and there was a magician. Big hit. Food was delicious! Best food I’ve ever had on an all inclusive holiday. Chefs work so hard and everything was fabulous!! There’s speciality nights and local dishes and always something for everyone. There’s a kids station at breakfast and dinner where kids can go and get their own food which was a nice touch. There you could also get their own plates, bowls and cups. There’s a kids play area too right at the back of the buffet restaurant so my advice would be to head down there if you’re travelling with kids. The hotel was full during our stay and honestly the only time I really noticed it was during breakfast where it was very busy every morning. Overall though, we had a great stay. Would definitely return.
