What can I say hidden gem really hidden , we had an amazing stay did not disappoint at all clean friendly fast check in helpful staff we had no issues we did get a key for side gate avoids steps but , steps didn't bother us either as our room wasn't too far up , but for some I can imagine it can be , always plenty of sunbed great little pool bar 😊 good value for money, I would definitely return again.

Our first time in Tenerife, we wanted to be near everywhere but not in the thick of it, we prefer the smaller more personal hotels rather than the large 4 pool places. Our first time in Tenerife, we wanted to be near everywhere but not in the thick of it, we prefer the smaller more personal hotels rather than the large 4 pool places. This place was perfect for Location We found ALL the staff so pleasant helpful, when we read Oh the staff were rude, I always think WHAT did you say to the staff ?, how did you treat them. The staff here are all amazing and friendly. The apartments have everything you need and fair size balconies with table and chairs. They do not have aircon, aircon is not mentioned in the hotel description, so stop moaning about in reviews, they don't give you an Aston martin either. The place is built on a hill, this area is hilly, so there will be steps (loads of them) So again don't moan about it, IF YOU ARE UP HIGH, GET A KEY FOR THE BACK OF THE HOTEL AND REDUCE THE STEPS TO A MINIMUN, WELL WORTH IT. I actually found it amazing how they managed to get all the apartments into the space and still maintain privacy. We only used the pool a couple of times., due to the weather. It can be loud during the day, noise coming from the Irish bar over the back, we were happy to sit on our balcony. There is a "gym" a few pedal machines and a couple of walkers. Best supermarket is out the back gate down the road and across the street, it has everything, I even got an extension lead (as only one socket by the TV and I needed to power my fire stick) TV in main room had 6 English channels, TV in bedroom was smart TV with the usual apps (would have been better the other way around) under 5 minutes walk up the road is an Indian Tandoori, we actually ate there twice, great staff, food and price .

The hotel was in a fantastic location, next to a lovely beach and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean with regular cleaners coming. There was a lot of towels and the kitchen well stocked with cups, plates ect. The beds were very comfy and the shower was good… more

There was a lot of towels and the kitchen well stocked with cups, plates ect. The beds were very comfy and the shower was good. There was english channels on the TV too. There is no air con but a fan worked well for the time of year that we went. The pool was cold though.

Arrived late evening so checking was a breeze. Having read previous reviews re the number of steps I contacted hotel before we stayed and asked for 2 bed apartment close to reception on low floor . Unfortunately this request could not be met. The receptionist showed us how to get to our apartment either by taking the stairs or by walking round the complex on the pavement up a slight hill and gaining access via the side gate. We chose the later and bless her she was so helpfull and even took one of the big cases up for us. We were in apartment #2 which was situated in a quiet little courtyard at the back of the property. First impression very good as it was spacious and clean . But very hot. Luckily we requested an air con unit before we arrived €100 for the week but €20 given back on check out. It was plugged in to one of the bedrooms and working when we got there so that room was nice and cool. The receptionist did suggest hiring another unit but as there were no plug sockets in living room near patio doors . There were ceiling fans but they did not have to same impact as it was still 27 degrees plus . Beds in sofa beds v comfy . Plenty of wardrobe space . Electric hob microwave but no oven. Tv channels 1-5. All in all Despite the hill (there are bigger bigger hills) nice stay
