“A hidden gem.”

I paid a very, very reasonable €492 for 5 nights for an Xtra Premium Sea View studio. We were greeted personally by the manager which I assume was because I have Gold membership through my Amex card. Lovely room with all the mod cons. Great view over the pool and the sea. Really good towels, both pool and for the bathroom. Very good aircon and a fan above the bed which was really comfortable. Excellent pool and solarium with the bonus of a heated pool. Loads of sunbeds, which are very confortable, and little "reserving" by people. Overlooks the Guaymarina Princess which looks stunning, but appears to have it's customers packed in like sardines. Now for the best part, the location is brilliant. Everything on your doorstep. 50m from a Hypodina. 10m from the nearest bars and restaurants. 100m to the front and beach, 50m to a taxi rank. Normally stay at the (double the price) Royal Sunset Beach Club across the street but this is far better value. Will be back.

“Fantastic.”

Amazing complex. Service and food fantastic. Very friendly and professional staff. Fabulous location near beach and so many restaurants. Apartments spacious and very clean. Highly recommended.

“Great location but too many steep inclines and steps for me”

Firstly I loved the hotel in general, we were b&b + evening meal, the food was great a good variety every morning and evening, lots of fresh fruit. I would imagine there would be something for everyone. We found the hotel and our room to be very clean and fresh and the bed was very comfortable. A good kitchen area and always plenty of hot water. We had maid service every day. The staff were all very polite & helpful. Now for the down points… The layout of the hotel is very strange, there is one lift in the center, from reception we had to go down a slope to an outside corridor turn left take a right take the lift to floor 0. Our room was down in -1, so out of the lift and down a very long steep incline from floor zero to -1. We had to do that numerous times every day. If you have walking problems this floor is definitely not for you.. Also those rooms are on the ground level on the front looking onto the bars, I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the terrace there is no privacy as everyone walking past looked in and that’s the only view you have. As for the restaurant if it wasn’t for my husband I’d still be wandering around. A guest showed us to our room as we were lost, and then practically every day, we were showing other lost guests where to go. The pool area and solarium on the rooftop is lovely it’s huge and clean with plenty of beds and a decent pool bar. But I would need a taxi there and back ha ha it’s was so far away. Up slopes, lifts, corridors, steps, and more corridors. . . If I forgot something I did without as It was too far to go back. But the views are terrific. The reception is half way up a very steep hill it’s on level 2. Although the hotel is in a great location, up and down that steep hill did nothing for my knees. I did like the hotel, there’s nothing can be done about the layout. But I personally wouldn’t stay there again because of this. Way too many steps within the complex. Probably a younger person wouldn’t mind.

We visited this hotel back in December, a couple of weeks before Christmas and went half board (first time at this particular hotel, we have been B&B before here). Rooms were great, good size & good size balconies. Rooms and pool area were clean and staff were pleasant. Location is perfect, surrounded by shops and a short walk to the beach! Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast with hot and cold options - can’t complain about breakfast! Evening food however was disappointing, very much the same every night, food was lukewarm or cold and not an awful amount of variety. The atmosphere at dinner felt like a work canteen so we opted to eat out most nights instead. Will visit again but definitely B&B in the future!
