Really good hotel, absolutely immaculate, grounds and gardens are beautiful and so well maintained. The reception staff are really lovely. The rooms are great, spacious with a large terrace garden. The cleaning staff and gardeners work really hard maintaining everything. The animation team are fantastic, really good with the kids, the entertainment is on all through the day with different activities, they get out the water running mat, inflatable water obstacle course too. The kids club is good, with lovely staff, they do great craft activities and games but some of the toys need a bit of an update now. Night time kids mini disco is great and its lovely to see all the kids get up and involved. My daughter doesn't stay up to watch the evening entertainment after the kids disco but it sounds good and is different every night. There are different stalls on in the evening too after dinner, jewellery, personalised name plaques, toys etc. I will say that the kids disco is indoors on a couple of the nights which wasn't as good as when it's outdoors as it seems all the kids go more wild when it's indoors whereas outside with more space they seem much more calm. My only complaint is the food, sadly I didn't think the food was great and it surprised me as everything else is so good. It was very repetitive, plain, boring, found it really difficult to choose anything we actually liked, I ended up eating plain pasta, chips or a slice of pizza each night and lunch, I avoided breakfast completely. My daughter got in the wrong line one morning when my mum took her down and even though both lines were next to each other and both going to the same woman with 1 tray of pancakes and 1 tray of eggs, she made her go to the back of the other line as she had got in the eggs line and waited her turn in that line but wanted pancakes not eggs. The pool bar snacks were much better though. Overall the holiday and hotel in general has been incredible and I would 100% recommend and come again.

“Overall a good stay”

A lovely hotel which was great for families. Rooms are clean and spacious with a lovely patio/garden area. Pools were good and lots of sun loungers. The animation team were exceptional at the pool, kids club and mini disco. It’s a little out of the way on a hill so a bit of a walk down to the resor… more

A lovely hotel which was great for families. Rooms are clean and spacious with a lovely patio/garden area. Pools were good and lots of sun loungers. The animation team were exceptional at the pool, kids club and mini disco. It’s a little out of the way on a hill so a bit of a walk down to the resort and definitely recommend getting a taxi back. Staff friendly and efficient. The only negative was the food in the main restaurant was not so good. Sometimes found it difficult to choose anything. The pasta and morning pancakes were guarded by a female member of staff so difficult for kids to select these. Overall a really good holiday which would have achieved an extra star if the food was better.

We stayed for a week from 30 May- with 2 kids (7 and 10). The hotel is very family friendly. Loads of activities every day and throughout the week, but also quieter areas around the pool if you want it. The staff all work so hard, great customer service and room was spotless. We’d book direct and paid to choose our room beforehand. We had 213 which had a big balcony and hot tub, could watch the entertainment from the balcony. Kids liked the kids club, and all the entertainment. I loved that there was an outside entertainment stage, just personal preference but would have preferred all entertainment there rather than inside. The food was fine, not the best I’ve had and not the worst, always something to choose. The restaurant was busy so I liked that there was outdoor seating. Only slight downside was the aircon- it wasn’t very strong. Thanks for a lovely holiday!
