We booked the apartments for a summer stay (Aug 2026) as it came up incredibly well-priced. We were not expecting a great deal, as it was fairly cheap and were VERY pleased to discover how good the apartments are. They are very well thought through (in block 1) with a kitchen / lounge (with the option of sofa bed, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The pool associated with this block is small, but you can go to use others. We never did. The beach is about 5-10 minutes walk away. On the main street there are many restaurants and a Spa supermarket. The kitchen is well equipped and has 2 electric hobs and a microwave. We used the pizza / kebab place that was literally over the road, every now and then, as pizzas started at 8 euros and were really very good! Kebabs were too. We ate in. The main drawbacks that need mentioning, but really were not an issue for us were that there is no air con. You can hire a fan from reception. It was actually far more pleasant in Lanzarote than the UK heatwave when we stayed, with a lovely breeze, so it was no problem. The shower is nice, but really only the first person using it gets hot water. You are given a green key to access the complex and a key for your apartment. On leaving, you an ask for a late check-out for around 20 euros. However, this was not possible for us as the next lot were arriving early. Instead there are changing facilities below reception, toilets near each pool and a luggage room. Within the luggage room there are also lockers that take 2 euros and are quite big (although not suitcase sixed). In short, the location is great. The design is good. Costa Teguise itself was a surprise as it was fairly quiet. It isn't upmarket - the shops selling body part fridge magnets everywhere is all you need to see to know that...but beyond that I was surprised with how quiet and nice it was. I stayed in Puerto Del Carmen 30 years ago, which was much more lively. The only drawback on our stay, which is no fault of the complex, was that a large family or families had booked a few apartments and on arrival decided to put a load of teenage girls all in one apartment (next to us) and keep an adult one far away from them. We weren't used to people thinking it is ok to have all windows and doors open with loud music and singing at the top of voices to music that very much pre-dated them (Spice Girls and Elvis) until around 1-2am each night. We did our own bit of feng shui first thing in the morning, moving beds etc to make sure that they were up early and ready for the day ahead. Doing our bit so they didn't miss out on anything in the daylight hours. All in all a great set of apartments and a fabulous position within Costa Teguise.
