We have just returned from this beautiful hotel. Our second time, and this time for 14 days, as we loved it so much the first time. We arrived very stressed, as one of our suitcases had been left behind in Manchester. But the hotel manager, Paul, was so kind and helpful. In fact, all the staff are really friendly. I didn't come across one grumpy person at all. One young man on reception helped us by ringing the airport once we knew our suitcase had arrived on Lanzarote. No thanks to Easyjet, who gave us no updates at all as to where it was. The only reason we knew it had arrived was because we had an AirTag in it (but that's another story). The rooms are lovely, with a huge bed. They also have a large L shaped sofa that is great for lounging. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet. My only slight gripe is that the lights in the bathroom are very dim. Makes it a bit awkward to see what you're doing. They supply shampoo. conditioner, shower gel in the shower and hand gel and hand cream in the bathroom part. Although the hand cream was always empty. There are 4 pools, one of which is an infinity pool. There are plenty of sunbeds, so no need to try and snag one before breakfast. There is a cafe for drinks and lunch by the pool. The restaurant is your typical buffet. Always plenty of choice. They have theme nights, which are usually ok. I struggled a bit with the American night as it was just burgers, southern fried chicken and hotdogs. Not my kind of thing, but you can usually find something to eat. The staff are brilliant, so happy and friendly. They all line up when the restaurant opens at 7pm so you can say hello to them all. The entertainment is very low-key. Usually a singer who is only on for an hour between 9 and 10pm. But if you want nightlife then Costa Teguise town is only a short stroll away. Most of the noise was from people above us scraping chairs across the floors. But, there was not much we could do about that. I would definitely go back again.

I would rate this hotel as one of the best I have stayed in. It is spotlessly clean, I stayed HB with Crown service. The breakfast and Evening buffet selection was varied however like most buffets could have been hotter, I will opt for BB on my next visit, there are plenty or restaurants around to chose from and I found with having crown service which includes, snacks and tapas all day I often didn’t feel like an evening meal. There are plenty of sunbeds and no issue with people reserving them , it’s a very relaxing laid back atmosphere throughout. The only negatives I have are the pillows are very soft, there is a pillow menu but no option for a firmer one, I also found the bed a little hard but that is personal preference, one thing I missed was a whirlpool/ jacuzzi, this would be a fantastic addition. Overall would highly recommend and if you like a cocktail or two during the day upgrade to crown service.

We arrived to a warm welcome and a glass of cava. Our luggage was quickly taken to our room by a friendly porter. We booked the Crown Service which I can thoroughly recommend and we were well looked after by Dani at the dedicated Crown Service bar throughout our stay. The allocated sunbeds with mattresses were definitely a bonus, although they would have benefitted from being more spaced out. There was an extensive choice for breakfast, with cooked options as well as yogurt, fruit, warm fresh bread and pastries (which I could not resist). The evening meal I found to be a bit repetitive, although there was plenty of it, and for the most part it was well cooked and nicely presented. The main negative is the hotel bar. It was the venue for the evening entertainment - which was very loud, and it was impossible to have a quiet drink and a chat. The bar is located off the main reception area, with guests walking through to get to the restaurant. The staff are the hotel's biggest asset. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful and professional. Despite a couple of negatives we had a wonderful week here and agreed that we would stay at the hotel again if we return to Lanzarote in the future.

We had a great holiday the breakfast was excellent but found the dinner not as good as previous visits it appeared cost cut backs were in place
