“Very pleased. Spacious, spotless, friendly staff”

Had a great time here. The concierge arrived with a big basket of groceries which was nice. The accommodation is clean and spacious. There's a lovely communal terrace upstairs. The staff were very helpful and informative about the best local restaurants etc. (You have to go to Guachinche Frontera).

Stayed here two nights, and found the apartment an excellent choice. It was comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. There was an absolutely gorgeous roof top terrace, which looked to be recently renovated. It had lots of little nooks to hang out and relax in, and was very tranquil when we were there, but could see that it might become noisy. Included bbq facilities. There was no elevator, but not a major problem. Did find the check in less than welcoming, ignoring us and making personal phone calls while completing the process. Not particularly open to offering suggestions about the area or the apartment e.g. we found the terrace by ourselves, we’re just handed the keys and pointed in the direction of the room. Quite a surprise as all other hotels during our trip to the canaries were incredibly welcoming.

“Good stay, lots of space.”

We were on a walking tour booked through Inntravel and stayed 2 nights at these apartments. We had a single bedroom unit on the first floor with lots of space - lounge/kitchen/dining area, bedroom and well equipped bathroom. We were on a walking tour booked through Inntravel and stayed 2 nights at these apartments. We had a single bedroom unit on the first floor with lots of space - lounge/kitchen/dining area, bedroom and well equipped bathroom. The owners had provided a welcome pack as part of our deal - plenty of bread, cheeses, ham, pasta, coffee, vegetables and fruit for us to look after ourselves - which we did. There's a chill out area on the roof with washing machine and drying area and we had a pleasant switch off after a 9 mile or so walk. The staff were very helpful, arriving just after we phoned and explaining about the unit. A good stay all round.

“Top Floor only”

The main issue we had was noise. People on the floor above walking around in shoes on the tile floor was really noisy in our apartment. Whilst the tiles look lovely, they are completely impractical. And it wasn't just the apartment directly above us, it was any of the apartments on the floor above. The apartment itself was nicely furnished, and the high ceiling made it feel very spacious. The location on the edge of town is great (the town itself is great), and there's plenty of parking either directly in front, or just outside on the street. When we stayed there was quite a bit of rain, and the apartment was quite damp - it's obviously not designed for winter. But presumably most of the time it's fine. But the noise meant very poor sleep experience - I would only go back if I was guaranteed a top floor apartment.
