“Great location, lovely pools, friendly staff.”
I am just back from a week at this fabulous hotel. The location is ideal, practically on the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. Morro Jable town itself is a very pleasant walk away. “bad surprise with the chosen room”
The worst experience was right after arrival: instead of the selected extra-paid room with a garden view, we were given an almost underground room with a view of the wall (from the door), without windows. The hotel location was wonderful and the food was very tasty, but Manuel (bald guy with glasses), who worked in the dining area, was a very unpleasant man. Lunch was served until 3:00 PM, and we arrived at 2:40 PM thinking we could quickly eat something in 5 minutes because we were not very hungry.… more
