Beautiful B&B at the end of a quite road overlooking a park. Parking for at least 4 cars, and if your lucky, parking outside also. The room wasn't huge but it was really well laid out, with a lovely big balcony with views of the sea and docks. Breakfast was great, being cooked fresh while you admired the view from the breakfast veranda. It was situated between Las Palmas Old Town and Las Canteras Beach, of which we travelled to both. Bus takes about 10 mins each way, and costs about 2 Euros. So to sum up, we had a really good stay, nice place, nice hosts, nice food, nice position, gets no better than that. Thanks, and see you again!

“Great location, comfy, friendly”

Equidistant between Playa Canteras and Triane (both about a 25 minute walk away). Very friendly couple who serve a fantastic breakfast too. Lovely quiet area, secure building and very comfy beds. Highly recommended.

We hadn’t realised, before we arrived, that Las Palmas is a very stretched out town This property is situated right in the middle between the beach and restaurants atPlaya deCanteras and the old town at Triana. We’re quite fit, so didn’t mind the leisurely walk to either, otherwise it’s just 1.40 euros on the regular no 1 bus. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, so we caught the bus each evening to the beach. The main bus station, San Telmo, is in Triana. As other people have said, the house is lovely with wonderful balconies and views. Breakfast is excellent and always freshly prepared. Pamela and her husband (both Italians) are charming. We would certainly stay here again.

What I liked: The house is situated close to nice park and a high viewing point (so, you can observe the whole Las Plamas). The terrace of the house also has a nice view to the port, and green trees with parrots. In a small room you can find everything, you may need during a short stay (even small fridge, coffee-set with sweets, all cosmetic trifles etc). There is TV and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is served at the terrace, you can choose from a menu and the owners will cook it for you (fresh and delicious). Also you can use this space when you need (for example, if ordered food delivery or just for a cup of tea). There is a minibar there. What I didn't like: I booked this apartment based on it’s very high rating (at that moment it was 9.7 on booking) and good reviews, because I wanted to stay in a very good place (though the price here was rather high, and I chose the day with discount). So, my expectations were so high! The first inconvenient is that check-in time is 15.00, check-out time=11.00. We marked that would come at 15.00, but actually were there at 13.00. We wanted to ask, whether it’s possible to check-in earlier or at least leave the baggage. But couldn't reach the owners (knocking at the gate, texting in booking and What’sApp – no answer). Fortunately, there are two big beautiful parks near, so we had a walk and came back at 15:05. There was a small confusion between the personnel and we heard that room was still not ready, but would be in 15 min. I was not happy, because we were tired already and because I don’t believe in 15-min cleaning (taking into consideration, that previouse guests -if there were any-had left before 11.00, there were 4 hous for cleaning 15m2 room). We were offered to wait in the terrace (with wonderful view by the way!). When we entered the room, we were a bit confused, because it is very small (of,couese, it in mentioned in description), but unexpectedly with such a low ceiling that you literally can touch it! So, you feel like a “Gulliver in the Land of the Lilliputians”. Also you should bear in mind that it is a renovated, but still old house (so, there is a smell of old house and old furniture; some mold and ants in the room). Conclusion: it's good for those who like antique furniture and houses with history, I prefer modern story and for me it was a bad choise. May be my expectations were too high, that’s why disappointment was so strong… My honest mark would be 3, but I don’t want to spoil the reputation, that’s why put 5.
