“Great apartment & location”

Great apartment plenty of room for 2 possibly 3 as there’s a sofa bed but it’s not a double. There was 3 of everything (glasses, cups, saucepans, plates, cutlery etc) Nice big shower. Plenty of storage too. Roof terrace was lovely. Great location 2 mins to the beach & supermarkets. 20 minutes walk to the bus station. We got bus 60 to & from the airport. €5.90 for the 2 of us each way, excellent service & value. Plenty of restaurants near by or walk into the main square. We were lucky enough to see the start of the carnival which started whilst we were there. It continues until March. I would have scored 5 but we had difficulties getting in to the property as there’s 2 key pads by the entrance & we was using the top one which was lit, but it’s the bottom darker one that you need to use to get in. There’s no receptionist only staff are cleaners but we didn’t need anything so it wasn’t a problem. Would definitely recommend & stay again

My experienced is mixed - clearly the previous company running it were awful & after looking at some of the previous guest photos I would say the new management company have clearly done a lot of improvements. However I still encountered a lot of negatives so i'll leave a fair review based on my opinion. For reference I stayed in room: 5H Superior apartment Plus points: Roof terrace is great, it has toilets, a shower & seating of some kind for everyone. Beds are extremely comfy, as were the pillows. The room was a decent size & was clean. The WiFi & Aircon worked well & the location is great. 1 min walk to the beach & there's a big hipodino supermarket next to the apartments. The bus stop to the airport & other parts of the island is also just a short walk away. Top floors are clearly quieter. Negatives: Very little or no communication from the company. I booked a superior apartment yet the photos dont match those on booking.com... which is very strange. Check in is a pain as there are NO staff & doing it on a computer once inside the building wasnt much easier. No idea where to leave the room keys once i'd checked out as again NO response to my messages in the booking.com app so I left them with a cleaner. The boiler made so much noise at one point i had to turn it off & on again for the noise to stop. Netflix & the other channels listed on the TV's didn't work. No signs for how to get to the roof terrace as only 1 lift has the 6th floor on it. There are no signs by or inside this lift either, however if you go around the corner there is another lift that does go to the 6th floor & has signs - baffling!! The price was also quite high for the area & number of nights i was staying. Overall if the price was cheaper I would consider staying here again, but I would expect the website to have updated the photos.

“Modern apartment in a great location.”

Stayed here for 2 weeks whilst working in Las Palmas (Apartment 2G). The apartment was very clean and well laid out. The location was fantastic and right next to the main promenade along the beachfront - there's also a HyperDino supermarket very close-by on the corner. Cleaning is carried out weekly on a Monday and towels / bedding refreshed. There's no washing machine or dryer, but otherwise it's stocked as you'd expect with electrical goods. There's also a good sized fridge/freezer. Noise was a slight issue from other apartments, i.e. scraping chair across the floor, but otherwise I had no other nnoise issues from outside, despite stying here during Carnival. Parking is outside on the street and was very limited. Luckily my colleagues were staying at the nearby Toc Toc apartments and I could park in their garage for work.
