On arrival the reception stayed open past opening hours for us, the receptionist was very polite and friendly she welcomed us and showed us on the map where our room was and explained where the pool and shop was on the hotel grounds, we emailed the hotel 2 weeks prior to arrival to ask for a upper floor and they filled our request with out any issues at all, we were allocated room 738 right at the 3rd floor, the room was perfectly clean on arrival and the room was over 2 floors the downstairs had a bathroom with shower a kitchenette with a large American stile fridge freezer a microwave oven combi and a induction hob it also had a sink for dishes, the kitchen was equipped with cutlery glasses bowels large plates and side plates mugs and pots and pans, the living room area had a sofa that turns into a double bed a TV and a table it leads onto a large balcony that had a table and 4 chairs over looking the pool the downstairs area has a large wardrobe by the front door, upstairs leads to a master bedroom that had a bathroom and shower over bath setup with a large sink and toilet, the bedroom has a large wardrobe with sliding doors and a king-size bed, that leads to a second smaller balcony that has sun loungers X2 on it, both balcony enjoy full sun from 12 noon until sunset (at time of visit 830-9pm) warning here the balcony floors become incredibly hot and footwear is required, the bedroom upstairs ac worked amazingly well and kept the room cold however the downstairs living room AC did not keep the room cold at all, the cleaning staff are fabulous and during our 10 day stay cleaned and tidied up our entire apartment every 3rd day, the cleaning staff do a fantastic job making the apartment spotless every time, the hotel has a pool bar however we didn't use it as there's so much choice on the strip. Now the hotel is at the top of a very very steep set of hills, don't let that put you off at all the hotel provide a bus shuttle every hour down to the beach 5 past each hour from 10am and quarter past (15) each hour back up and it's completely included in the cost of your stay! However if your very fit then you can of cause walk it, would I recommend staying here? Absolutely I would and what's more I'll be booking again shortly, thank you very much to all the staff at ona Beverly hills and see you again

Just back from the Heights where we stayed for a week.We really enjoyed our visit and as we've stayed several times we know our way around the resort.We found the apartment to be very clean and well appointed and the staff helpful .The Breakfast served was of a very high standard with plenty of options and we enjoyed it immensely. We came back to our apartment one late afternoon to find a leak in one of the bathrooms which we immediately reported to reception.The maintenance department people were up within minutes and had it sorted very quickly. Another day we reported the sliding door in our bedroom would not lock and we had the same very efficient response and fixed while we were out. We always enjoy our holidays at Beverly Hills Heights and would highly recommend

We had an overall brilliant stay at Ona Beverly Hills and would definitely return! What we loved: * The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to help – they really made the stay special. * Rooms are cleaned every 2 days with fresh sheets and towels, which we really appreciated. * The breakfast is absolutely worth it – such good quality and a great start to the day. * The pool is fantastic – always warm and perfect for cooling down and relaxing. What could be improved (not really the hotel’s fault): * Noise from other guests was quite frustrating at times. * On the first night, people were gathering right outside our room near the steps. * Another evening, a family let their kids run around screaming past 10pm. * Guests in the room above were very noisy, especially walking around late at night and early morning – even wearing heels, which made it worse. * One night there was a large group outside our room blasting music, shouting, and cheering past 10pm. We did report the noise to reception, and to be fair, the staff handled it quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. However, the group came back a second time. At first, we weren’t sure what they were doing—it seemed like a college group heading out for the night. But when they returned the second time, it felt like something completely different. It almost seemed like some sort of ritual or organised activity, going on from around 9:30pm to 10:45pm. Although I don’t feel that disabled guests should be expected to go all the way up to the top floors, we were placed just one floor below. If I’m going to be made to go that high anyway, I would have preferred being on the top floor so we wouldn’t have had to deal with the noise and disruption from other guests. I also believe that disabled guests should be prioritised for ground floor rooms where possible. I was wearing my Hidden Disabilities (Daisy) lanyard to indicate that I have a disability, but situations like this make me feel like I’m wearing it for no reason, as it doesn’t seem to be taken into consideration. Overall: * A fantastic stay with amazing staff and great facilities. * We would definitely come back, but next time we’d request a top-floor room in a quieter area.

Pluses: apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed.in a quiet area. sea views were amazing. pool area was immaculate and very beautiful.lots of grass areas kept well. no loud music or anything so you can just relax by the beautiful pool all day. sunbeds available all the time but it was april. reception staff was lovely and helpful at all times. the area felt safe with a few good restaurants within walking distance. cons: never known a hotel rent you a beach towel..usually free with a refundable deposit.not here €5 each per stay. A big pet hate of mine is air con not working or being very poor/noisy you go to relax and sleep. sent maintenance out who didn’t have a clue and didn’t even take the vent off to clean the fins shone my phone torch in and they were filthy.just told it would be mended on the day i came home. they did give us a fan but it was poor in all three rooms.other guests in the hotel said theirs was poor also. one of the bar staff at pool bar told us to come back just to order two beer in 15mins as she was cooking someone’s food. this did get addressed but the same person charged me €2.10 more than my drink should have been.did check after as i thought €10:50 for a g&t was steep. on a plus never saw her again and the young lad who was on after was great. another pet hate is the smell of weed. i know it’s legal there but it was every time we went in the balcony and even seemed to fill our room of it at 4am because we had the windows open because of the air con issue. overall a great hotel .spoilt by a couple of silly issues that shouldn’t exist and would now be getting 5 star review if it were managed properly.
