We have just returned from our stay at Paradise Park. I would say the hotel is definitely a 4* family and couples based hotel and as far as all inclusive go this is definitely one of the best that we have stayed at. Hotel was spotlessly clean, all the staff were extremely friendly, restaurant food, although not massive choices, was more than enough and was constantly replenished and hot. We enjoyed the various pools- main pool specifically more for younger children which we avoided, two couples only areas which is perfect for families travelling together with maybe grandparents as they can go off and have some quiet time. The lazy river and hydro pool was perfect for our family as we were with a grandparent and 14 year-old. Entertainment was what you’d expect from an all inclusive. However, plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and a nice 15-20 minute walk down to the harbour. Would highly recommend.

So, we’ve been to the Canary Islands many times, but this hotel was definitely the best one we’ve stayed at so far. In my opinion, it truly deserves 5 stars. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and it was worth every penny. Starting with the amazing location in the most beautiful part of the island, where beaches like and are absolutely wonderful. The pools were beautiful and clean, there were always free sunbeds available, the drinks were delicious, and the food was simply incredible — fresh, varied, and unbelievably tasty. Both we and our children were truly impressed by the cuisine in this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, with room service every day. The cleaning staff do an excellent job. The kids club was absolutely fantastic — my 6-year-old son loved it and never wanted to leave. The kids disco and the shows were also amazing. The bartenders, waiters, and the entire staff were outstanding — wonderful, kind, and friendly people. We love this hotel and will definitely come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything!

This was our first ‘sun’ holiday as a family and we’ve had a fantastic time! The pools, food and drink, service, entertainment, kids club and so on were outstanding. But mainly what made the holiday great was the lovely people. We’ve never put our children in a kids club before. But for anyone that is nervous about this, Paradise Park have such a lovely kids club that really look after the children and create a welcoming and fun environment. They do so much with them and help the children make friends. We thought we’d only put them into one session and see how it went, the kids loved it and asked to go back everyday when we wasn’t out on an excursion. They made a play doh version of Tenerife, came back with pictures that their friends had made them and just had lots of fun. I would absolutely recommend Paradise Park for anyone that would like a safe and fun place for their children to visit. A massive shout out to Victor, Nadia and Franci, they were amazing. When it came to going to eat at the restaurant, Nicole, who was front of house, was absolutely brilliant, she was so warm and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and gave our girls cuddles everyday. The waiting staff were lovely too. The pool entertainment, evening entertainment and just general vibe was brilliant and we couldn’t recommend Paradise Park anymore! X

Seen a few bad reviews about this hotel but I have to say, none of them appeared true. Hotel was clean, communal areas exceptionally clean, especially for a hotel this size! Maids always came in and cleaned the room, fresh towels everyday no matter what, we were happy to hang ours up and reuse but they would be replaced without fail. Plenty of soft drink options with help yourself facilities if you are all inclusive. Also a snack bar available at the 2 large pools for all inclusive guests. 5 good pools here, perfect adult only spots. Can’t comment on the pool entertainment and activities as we don’t have kids/didn’t join in. The pool signage advertised no inflatables but in the large pool across the road, inflatables were definitely being used. Regular patrols by lifeguards too which is reassuring. The free shuttle bus was good, we got the 11:30am bus to the beach both times, the break between 13:15 - 15:45 when the bus wasn’t running, was a slight inconvenience as that’s the peak time for people wanting to return to the hotel so both days we paid for a taxi back. Of an evening though, it was a nice walk from the hotel to the beach front. A hill walk on the way back, so something to consider if walking is difficult. The reason i have given 4 not 5 stars is the selection of food lets the rating slip. Usually one meat choice, one fish, loads of pasta and chips. Not much else. Stayed for a week and only had vegetables on offer one night out of 7. Good choices for children’s food/fussy eaters with pasta, pizza, chicken nuggets every night. The salad selection was brilliant, made up salad dishes or make your own. Different culture cuisines every night. The only other downside I have to comment on is the selection of all inclusive alcoholic drinks in the adults only terraced bar is very limited. 4 choices of spirits, 2 of which are virtually the same. No major issue though as downstairs there was a cocktail bar where all was included as part of all inclusive! We stayed during “Canary Island day” and the hotel celebrated this by offering free cocktails, they were dressed up, singing and dancing. Great ambience. Plenty of lifts around the hotel, wheelchair friendly. Love the feature of the room key/access card being on the wrist bands, never have to worry about leaving the room key card anywhere! Rooms are a fantastic size and layout. Aircon worked well. The bedroom itself has a door so it separates the beds from the rest of the room, and it means you can’t hear any noise from in the hotel corridors. Evening entertainment we watched twice, both times we found it fun, engaging and entertaining. I used the gym once, it could do with some TLC but this has made no affect on the overall experience and rating, as who goes on holiday to use the gym everyday (not me) ! Staff were super friendly, great communication skills. My partner has a nut allergy so they were very attentive to this and helped explain ways around it and what he could opt for for food, they offered him to pre order food to help accommodate further with dietary requirements. Great hotel, would return again. Thank you
