We’ve just returned from an amazing 2-week stay at Paradise Park Hotel and honestly cannot thank the staff enough. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. No request was ever too much, and the staff really went out of their way to make us feel safe, comfortable and at home. They genuinely made our holiday! A massive shoutout to the entertainment team, especially Cesar, who was absolutely brilliant at making every evening fun and memorable. He made each gameshow feel personal and always brought such a great atmosphere. He was a huge part of what made our evenings so enjoyable. Also, a huge thank you to Bumba! He was fantastic at remembering names and faces, which made the whole experience feel so much more personal. He’s such a funny guy and made all of the activities so enjoyable. And of course, Victor and Stephanie deserve a mention too. They were both so kind, friendly and great fun. The way they interact with you on such a personal level really makes a difference and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The food was top standard and honestly some of the best all-inclusive food we’ve had. The chefs were lovely and the waiting staff were always attentive, making sure we had drinks and everything we needed. One small improvement would be to have a few more dairy-free dessert options, as the choice was quite limited. A couple of negatives: the air conditioning in the gym needs fixing, and we think air conditioning in the entertainment areas would really improve things, especially during the warmer evenings. We also understand the reasons behind not allowing inflatables, but the restrictions around even small balls did take away from some of the fun around the pool and slightly spoiled that element of the holiday for us.

Great hotel for young children but not for pre teens. There were no organised activities for children aged 9 and over. Pools are excellent with a good shallow area for non swimmers. The lifeguards in attendance are alert and watchful at all times. If you wanted a bed around the main pool you had to start queuing at 8 am for when the pool opens at 9. We didn’t bother as the lagoon pool opens at 10am and there are lots of beds there, this pool is also heated. We went to the main pool late afternoon and usually found somewhere to sit. The rooms are basic (we were in the annexe) very large with excellent air con and a balcony with a drying rack. The whole hotel is spotless , the gardens well maintained and the pool areas hosed down at night. The restaurant has something for everyone with a low counter for little ones to easily choose their own food. We booked half board and found that to be fine as drinks are not expensive. There is a small shopping centre nearby with a play centre €5 with bars and and ice cream parlour. There is also a supermarket to buy beer pop and sandwiches for lunch. The kids club was well run as was the mini disco. However , the adult entertainment was not well publicised so missed most of it. The Circus night around the pool was really good a shame that there was not more outdoor entertainment in the evening All the staff are super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is at the top of a hill so nowhere really to walk in the evening especially for young children . Good market in Los Christianos which is situated next to the Arona Gran Hotel.
