Hotel was large, big spectacular open spaces, good facilities and absolutely immaculate. Staff were all great, they all seemed to work very hard and efficiently. Would highly recommend. We had the UP experience. Pros of this - The UP terrace on the roof is lovely and quiet, plenty of beds and superior towels. Two infinity pools. Included are free premium drinks (including champagne) and food available all day between 10am and 6pm. The free Spa and massage, and one use of the a la carte restaurant Jarea, was excellent. The UP experience bedrooms are on the higher floors of the hotel with excellent views and they have a Nespresso coffee machine. Cons - it can be a bit windy on the roof so be prepared. We did a price comparison between including the UP experience, versus paying for the spa/massage, Jarea restaurant, and drinks as you 'go along' (based on about 4 drinks during the day), and we reckon it works out about the same One HUGE bonus is that the UP experience benefits are valid until you actually leave the hotel, so if your flight isn't until the evening, you still benefit from the UP even after checking out at 12 noon. The restaurant food is good with plenty of choice. Gala evening on a Wednesday is extra special. We didn't arrive at the hotel until 9.30pm, but they sent salads and fruit up to our room shortly after our arrival. The shows are mixed. Some artists better than others, but nevertheless enjoyable. The Los Cristianos market is right next door to the hotel on a Tuesday and Sunday and there is a supermarket opposite the hotel. The hotel offers activities such as aqua arobics, gym, petang, darts etc, should you want to join in. You never have to wait for a lift! If you want a relaxing pampering holiday with comfortable facilities, good food and drink, then this is the hotel for you. The UP experience is worth it. This trip was for our Golden Wedding Anniversary, and it didn't disappoint.

“Animation team saved the holiday”

Hotel was super as was the gym/animation team…Gloria, Virginia and Miguel. The weather was a major disappointment (1 morning of sunshine, mainly showers and cloudy). The gym classes were a saviour. Thank you.

Hotel is amazing clean rooms lovely. pools warm.The only thing I could say is the restaurant food is lovely the only trouble was finding somewhere to sit to eat our evening meal everywhere we tried to sit in the evening we was told no thats a breakfast table! You cant sit there walking round trying to find somewhere alot of the tables are sitting so close to other people which were enjoying there meal as a couple. I found the staff a little abrupt. Shout out to Jessica who was lovely and polite. Other than that an amazing hotel thankyou

“Good and bad”

Lovely hotel, very clean. Pool towels a bit grubby and the aerobics class was far too loud. Staff didn’t smile and had poor English. Lovely hotel, very clean. Pool towels a bit grubby and the aerobics class was far too loud. Staff didn’t smile and had poor English. Breakfast was fabulous but needed to be covered because of the flies. The day before we left, a couple in front of us by the pool, spoilt our whole afternoon. The man decided to wear a mankini and parade around the pool and seating area, swearing and making lewd remarks. In fact a lady who was quietly reading was inappropriately approached by him. He kept asking his wife to touch his bottom. When he did wear shorts he refused to pull them up at the back. He kept touching his genitalia. This hotel didn’t deserve this behaviour. However, twice I went to complain to reception staff. They refused to go and check what was happening. They said they would inform the manager. No one went to check on him. A receptionist asked us when we were leaving if we had enjoyed ourselves…I told her about the previous day, she just said ‘oh really’. Not good enough
